I love you and the care and generousity you pour out for so many of us. 2=1=36 Many blessings upon you and your loved ones. PS this hand-wrists etc. is fun and surprising! h'ave at it!
I'm six months post Sauvé-Kapandji procedure on the left ulnar bone. It has been a really rough journey. I get really stiff very quickly if I don't keep my fingers and wrists moving. I've also got trigger fingers, arthritis, and just had two areas injected with steroids. The life of a medical transcriptionist is super hard on the hands!! I so appreciate your workouts for seniors and how they always seem to address just what I need. Piriformis syndrome from sitting way too long for way too many years. Everything we do in life as a young person comes back to haunt us eventually. 😏
I'm in the UK & find these videos invaluable. I can't afford to visit a physiotherapist & our NHS physio services are usually a telephone consult & printed sheet of instructions, which are of limited value.
I have started your exercises since the pandemic started, and I love each video, faithfully I tried doing them several times a week and I enjoyed the benefits. I tried a few different video exercises on RU-vid and always return to yours, I'm very satisfied. I subscribe to all your videos and always look forward to your new ones. Have a great day.
These are wonderful. Easy to do yet very effective. And I would not have thought I would be so energized after doing a few hand exercises, but I was. Thank you, Mike!
I am from Indonesia, 68 years old I am very happy with all of exercices of you of the More Life Healt Seniors. These are very useful for my healty. All the best for you forever, thank you
Hi Mike. I'm still suffering from hand trembling due to PD. Today I repeated this video. I'm also doing your recommended finger's ball exercise, following your videos. 3 exercises each time going down the list. So far no improvement. Please provide more recommendations for additional exercises. Thank you. Correction: today finished all 10, Will repeat
Thanks for sharing. I find doing the one with arms raised(Y) pull on my shoulder from holding so many in a row without lowering arms. Would these be good to do before bed, for when you get woken up multiple times during the night with your thumb, pointer, middle finger going to sleep. I've tried a brace, but doesn't help. Thanks so much
That was great! I have 2 questions, Mike. 1) Can I use 1# bean bag type hand weights for the squeezing one?, 2) For the hands touching shoulders, can I add 2# weights? Thank you
