Don't talk rubbish. Indian truck manufacturer domestic as well as international brands manufactures and exports all around the globe. It is ridiculous to compare this with Indian manufacturer's build quality from Tata, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, Eicher, AMW, SML, Dalmier, Volvo, MAN etc I have respect for the resourcefulness & hard work of these men but to compare these rickety assembly from salvaged parts that too on quality parameters is utterly wishful.

Plz don't weld auto frames with 6011, or 6010. These are not good rods for this application. You would want to use 7018 all day. 6011 or 6010 would be OK for tack welds but would need to be ground prior to final welding. If planned well you can even mask off our tape the areas to be welded prior to painting or powder coating. This will leave a clean area to weld once you remove the tape. Then once the weld has cooled can easily be painted to protect the metal. The conditions in this video are far from ideal and I give these guys credit for getting it done.

Big A for effort, massive F for dirty welds and a guy that can’t use a grinder. Someone will die using this vehicle when the frame buckles. If their workmanship doesn’t fail, the false sense of security of seeing fresh paint on this polished turn will make the user overload the vehicle and the critical failure will cause someone life or limb.
