Mia is the best presenter on the web. At around 4:10 it is said that internal recording is done at 8 bit 4:2:2 -- and I am truly unaware of that. Internal recording is all at 8 bit 4:2:0. You have the option to output to an external recorder at either 8 or 10 bit 4:2:2. Great review -- fun and interesting.

This is a dream camera for Film Makers.. you can't go wrong...

Great review Mia! I really appreciate that your reviews are so honest and that you really tell the pros AND cons of the products. I have to say, that for me, the jury is still out on this camera. I shoot video with the Canon 70D and with a lens like the Canon 24-70mm L series ii lens, I'm getting images I never thought possible. Still, the 4k ability of this GH4 is very tempting. Would the metabones adapter allow me to use my 24-70mm Canon lens? One thing you didn't mention is audio quality. I have heard a lot of negative reviews about the audio. Not that the Canon 70D is any better, but I would think that the audio would be up to the stellar image ability of this camera. What is your take on the audio?

Hey, question...... Do i need an adapter to use my Canon EF lenses with the GH4?, if i do which adapter should i buy?, please answer, thank you.

I bought a GH4 last December 2014, and when I shoot in 4K the picture images look the same as if I shot in 1080p. The only difference I can see is that the card will record half the time length in 4k then in 1080p. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
