I like how he explains it as a spectrum of movement and you can enter wherever on that spectrum. And then to add, if you aren't able to properly execute the movement, then you can 1) continue practicing and 2) try a regression to help supplement the movement. But then also, do all the movements and just enjoy yourself and be safe tehe.
