What a great and relatable coach. Keep the coaching positive, concise, explain what + why + how. Always encouraging. Wish more coaches would understand the importance of these aspects and apply it, vs just tell you what not to do, and get frustrated. Cater to all types of learners (visual, auditive, and kinesthetic) for all-around success. Outstanding job, Carl!

The ease of your explaining specific mechanics helped me so much! Thank you Carl :)I saw one of your videos long long ago explaining the proper mechanics of v-ups you were so skilled in explaining the processes of form and timing I knew I had to continue watching your vids 👍💪🏻 And somehow you strip away the puffed up bravado that can be so pervasive in this type of culture and gyms; which I really appreciated!

dude sign up with the preffered courses of crossfit. glad i attend your course back in berlin last year. You are a great coach.

Great statement at the end, crossfit takes you away from the now. They are so focused on max reps in a time frame, technique will always go out the window.
