The true history of Rock and Roll, they all played Hank Sr’s music, Hank Jr’s account of the legends stopping by to ask permission and beg Homage! Hank Sr. Invented American Rock and roll. True Story as usual 😊
*Hank Hill is the king* from old school when country music was real 'cause real country music is a *FAMILY TRADITION* LONG LIVE TO HANK ! *BOCEPHUS EMBODIES AMERICAN DREAM* 🙏
Mr. Hank Williams Jr., like Mr. Hank Williams Sr., are two of the absolute greatest writers, musicians, composers, entertainers, and God fearing men, that we as fans have truly been blessed to have experienced their music that which makes our lives more enriching!! Thank you Hank!!!
These are the last musicians that are legends still left in history. All the bullshit music now is just in it for the year and the awards. God, even these awards shows suck. Who would have thought that the last people that know a molecule of music are the ones giving the awards?
Good lord. Hank has been telling the same stories for 30 years. Let me guess....later in the show, he played Cat Scratch Fever and Walk This Way with a swagger saying "Yeah! I know how to play rock n roll!" The fact of the matter is, we do know that you can play snippets of these songs because you've been doing it for 30 years. What else can you play, Hank?
William Russell - Jesus, have you never experienced a legendary act, or artist in a live setting before? I'm guessing that you haven't... Everyone from ZZ Top to Motorhead, and everything in between are performing the same set as they were 30 years ago. What do you expect? That's what they're known for! Those songs, and those stories. Now take into account how many people attend these concerts that have NEVER heard these stories before, such as the younger demographic that's being introduced to Hank's music through all of those name-dropping douche bags that pretend to be "country" on the radio.
Bruce Hauge - The dude is 66 years old, survived a 540 foot mountain fall in 1975, and has been touring for 5 decades. Cut the guy some slack! Lol. The sonuva bitch could be wheeling around an oxygen tank for all I care. *YESSA*.
That's got nothing to do with what I was pointing out. Hey I have no problem with draft dodging Vietnam such as Ted Nugent, Donald Trump and Hank Williams Jr. just don't try passing yourself off as some patriotic tough guy when many of your generation lost there lives while you sat there hiding behind your career or name. Hank does look to be in tough shape and I think does have some form of lung disease as on some youtube videos he's very breathy.
+Bruce Hauge - Why does every Democratic voter believe that any person of age that didn't fight during the Vietnam War were just draft dodgers? There was a draft lottery in place, and not everyone's number had been called to fight in war, genius. As for Nugent, he's a draft dodger all the way, and a proud one at that having boasted about shitting his own pants. But that doesn't mean Hank dodged the draft. The guy was just becoming of age during the latter half of the war efforts. *Even then, the Williams family has a history of spina bifida. He wouldn't have been eligible to begin with.*
Bruce Hauge you are aware that even if hank had tried to join he would've been 4f'd simply based on the fact that he not only was an only son but an only known child (at least at the time).
