I’m a lifelong Penn reel user. Why don’t you make the Penn torque in a smaller size so that us inshore fisherman can utilize the reel? 5500 is too heavy to cast all day. And get rid of the stupid bail switch on the side! You’re losing potential customers. Get it together man!
@@PENNfishing the torque would be perfect if you made those two changes. Smaller and lighter version) and removal of that switch (there’s no need for it). I had to return the 5500 I bought because of those issues. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of inshore fisherman who would benefit from that reel.
