"In the future, people will not say that Greeks fight like heroes - they will say that heroes fight like Greeks." - Winston Churchill HAPPY OXI DAY and THANK YOU Greek Peopul!!!
Have you considered signing up for cameo? My friend's bday is coming and I would love having you do a cameo for him. We are going to see you at the Paramount in LI.
What do you mean? He said nothing about Albanians. He said that Greeks sent Italians back to Albania , the place from where the Italian offence has begun. They couldnt advance into Greece so there was a Greek advancement into Albanian territory. I know that you possibly didnt know it , but its so disturbing drawing conclusions on your ignorance.
Ah, but here in the Boston area, pizza *is* Greek food! It used to be that ALL pizza joints in Massachusetts were Greek -- it's not quite so universal as when I was growing up, but to this day, you can hear beautiful Greek spoken behind the counter of many, if not most, pizza places, including the ones here in Lynn, MA. Guilt-free pizza even on OXI DAY!!!
Seriously? Pizza joints in Boston were originally all Italian, obviously. Then when the Greeks came here, they had no skills so they opened pizza shops and made cheaper pizza by making pan pizza and cutting the mozzarella with cheddar. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but it's essentially round Sicilian pizza.
@@franciscomejia3036 What "obviously?" You must be a lot older than I am, but as far back as I can remember, pizza in Boston was Greek. Maybe an Italian place in the North End or East Boston, but anywhere else, they were all Greek.
@@Urbie4 Obviously meaning Italian immigrants brought pizza over and opened the first pizzerias on Boston. I'm 39 and there were tons of Greek places when I was growing up...still are. But those Greek people got here in like the 70s for the most part. I'm talking about way before then.
I don't mean to be rude, but this person should undergo an examination. I believe he would be an excellent case for a study and might find more success as a patient than as a comedian.
😂 Mr. Panos you should be thanking Italians for not have any motivation to fight that stupid useless war, otherwise your yiayia and papou might have been killed.
Yes motivation and morale plays a key role. Italians indeed didnt have either. They couldnt fight even having tank divisions against a small undersupplied army. It was a mess and a total ridicule for the Italians. They were even so that confident over winning (on the one hand its logical to suppose so , because as i said the gap on numbers and armament was huge between the two countries) , they didnt even inform the Germans.
@@truthseeker4931 their bad generals planned the invasion poorly too. They tried maneuvering old rusty tanks I'm the snow capped mountains while the Greeks waited for them. It's almost like when the British invaded the Americans in the Revolutionary War and the Americans waited in the trees. It's also somewhat like the war in Ukraine. A lot of Russian soldiers don't have high morale/motivation. If they did, Ukraine might be part of Russia right now.
