Harbor Freight Predator Generator Review - Is It Junk? 

I just picked up that exact model for a week long power outage; It defiantly served my needs. I ran a fridge, sump pump, 1 basement dehumidifier, TV, modem and router, laptop, and a couple of lamps and it dint break a sweat.

Bought mine a couple of weeks ago at the Harbor Freight in Vicksburg, Mississippi. $407. Had a $72 online coupon. Ran it for a couple of days at 16 hour intervals during a three day power failure. Was reliable. Saved the freezer and fridge. Having to change the oil every 20 hours is a bit of a pain, but have had no problems. Cranks up easily and ran well. It weighs 100# per manual. Buy the wheel kit, so your back won't go bad on you. I use a fuel additive mixed with the gas to slow the gunky carb build up. You will need a bending type of oil funnel to add the 10W30 oil, unless you tilt the 100# generator on it's side. At 15 amps, it will have enough power to save the freezer and fridge and run a 500 watt window AC.

Got this generator from Harbor Freight the day before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston Texas and got the membership the same day which saved me $90. I had no electric for a week and the Predator 4375 performed excellent for me. I hooked up two refrigerators, a small window A/C unit, a small TV, a lamp, two aquarium air pumps, a phone charger and on a tank of gas it ran for 15 hours and 30min. I tried to hook up an electric cooker and the breaker would kick off, but when I turned of the A/C ithe cooker worked fine. This generator does not come with oil in the motor, you will need to buy a quart of oil before using this unit. The 4375 is easy to start. First make sure you turn it on it's side to put your oil in it before you fill it with fuel. Next, make sure to flip your switch to the on position. You must have your fuel valve on or open, then move your choke valve to the left, give a couple pulls, then turn your choke to the right and give a pull or two and it should crank every time.😁 Don"t start it with the breaker switch in the on position because it will put a load on it, just wait until you start it first then flip your breaker switch to the on position and it will power up your appliances.

Just wanted to ask if it would be okay if it ran out of gas and turned off would every thing be fine?

biggest waste of money I ever spent! used once and probably going to give it away for someone else to be frustrated with an unreliable generator. never stayed running!!

not a 50 amp, its only a 30 amp. don"t make videos if you don't know what your talking about sir...
