Here’s my drill prescription to help you harden your body and Muay Thai stance.
Body conditioning isn’t done just to gain a greater ability to absorb damage, it is done to bulletproof your body from folding, from losing energy, and most importantly, to keep a strong stance.
A strong stance allows you to stay in position to counter and minimize your opponent’s ability to score in the eyes of the judges - as it is never really appealing if you are getting folded in half.

I never thought of using your heavy bag to use as a conditioner for giving yourself damage. That’s a unique way of using a heavy bag. Thank you!

Yea i have to do a half sqaut as the bag is comming back so i dont get hit in the nuts... Double porpused conditioning drill i guess!

Are you tall as well? You can step back further so it hits you at a higher angle of the swing, you just have to push the bag as hard as you can as it loses a lot of steam at the top end.
