Just want to say that I'm so happy I took the plunge and bought your e-book. I wasn't sure about the price at first. Then I started comparing it to other e-books I've bought in the past and never fell in love with. They've been sitting on my hard-drive, barely touched since I got them. In the end, I'm IN LOVE with your workouts and they are a totally new way for me to train and 'shock my body'. Okay I hate commenting on RU-vid videos because its too public and awkward and ahhh. But I just wanted to say that the ending of this video literally made my cry out of joy for you. I started watching your videos over a year ago and had chronic sicknesses that my (bajillion) doctors all misdiagnosed. I thought I would have it forever but then I discovered you and you literally singlehandedly saved my life. At first I started watching it because your contagious personality lifted my spirits but then I started listening to everything you said, writing it down, and using that as a starting point to do my own research. I took a leap of faith 2 months ago got off all 6 of my medicines used proper food, supplements, and herbs to be clean and its been miraculous! so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Honestly couldn't say it enough.

I know you're going through a really exciting change in your life right now Sarah with the launch of your ebook, you're going Community here on RU-vid, and also moving into a new apartment. I'm also moving into a new season of my life where I'm trying to accept the ebbs and flows of life and not try to control my day and be all perfectionistic. to be honest, I'm scared. No. I'm actually terrified of this new change. do you have any advice on accepting a different routine, accepting a different place with school, work, eating, body image, exercise, and family and relationships? It just feels overwhelming and I just want the outcome to be good, but that never guaranteed and I'm sure it's also part of The Learning Experience to trust in myself, to trust in the universe.

Hey Sez! Just some quick feedback. If you decide to do blogs, maybe not give us so much on insta/snap, because when I watch your vlogs I find myself saying "well, I already know that?" or "I've seen this already". So maybe choose your content for all your platforms, because I'm guessing a lot of people watch you on insta as well as snap. I find your vlogs very repetitive sometimes, would be great to have some more informative videos, or specific videos, not just following you around in your daily life (which is mostly the same each day) Just my personal opinion though. Just a thought :) Also, some sort of preview would be great of your e-book. It's a bit on the pricey side so i'd love to know what i'm buying. Hey Sarah! I have your programme and have done day one and bit was it sweaty (but so fun!) I have been lifting heavy weights for 9 months now and I've built some muscle and look leaner than ever, but I am losing my love for it. I want to do your programme but I'm worried that I'll lose muscle- do you have any advice? Should I be lifting as well as the programme? Can I still look lean without lifting heavy weights? A lot of people are saying the ebook is too expensive but you have have been following her around on her vlogs and have seen first hand how much time and effort she's put into this ebook. I can understand it isn't in everyone's budget so I'm not throwing shade or anything. I just think that for all of the hard work she put into this book and for the type of book that it is the price is fair. Is it super affordable? Not really but the price seems about right. Again not being snarky or anything, I mean I myself can't purchase it right now either so I get it- just and observation and opinion. I'm super proud of you girl! So happy I found your channel when I did!

And i don't understand why many are complaining about the price!!! Do you all know how much it costs to build a website and maintain it all the time, update it and all that??? Besides its not expensive at all!!! There are others much more expensive! Others mentioned Kayla's and there is also Emily i have both! Emily is awesome but to bulky when it comes to body building and Kayla's is way to expensive and monthly payment for the app!!! Really!!! Not thanks! I love Sezzy's cause her workouts are hard and kick your butt but they are move designed for leaner body which i am looking for. LOVE IT!!! Sezz you have to build a app too!
