Welcome to Part 2 of the Harley Dyna Disaster! Check out the first video if you haven't already to get the full scope of the situation. Quick synopsis: I destroyed my stock clutch trying to learn wheelies on the 2013 Club Style Harley Dyna Street Bob. As a result, I decided to upgrade to a heavy duty Barnett Clutch with stiffer spring and extra kevlar plates. While torquing the screws to 100 ft lbs I unsurprisingly snapped five of the six screws. I realized after the fact that I was supposed to be torquing to 100 inch lbs! Learn from my mistake and don't do what I did! The big concern now was how to get the busted screws extracted from the clutch hub. I went to harbor freight and picked up reverse drill bits and a screw extraction kit.
