Thirteen is an unlucky number for many, and it seems its now the case for me, courtesy of a co-op catastrophe, an authentic trapper and some general misfortune!
A long three-and-a-half hour session that produced 14 kills, 2 deaths, 2 quits, and a bunch of people getting pwned by AI. The common denominator? A moody Duckwit. This one was produced after a long day of tedious work, so I wasn't in the best form going in to this one, but here it is regardless! Enjoy!

I so agree with you about the “defuse” bug - it really does spoil some potentially great matches. I love to relay them in the same spot If I can. And nope booby traps won’t respond to shots nor your solitary grenade. Good vid - love your commentary style!

The guy hiding behind the rock in Secret Weapons are reasons I've never done Invasions. So much time wasted, especially if the AI soldiers end up killing them. 😂

If it's Conqueror, I just surrender. There's a Japanese guy that took the time to booby trap bodies and put them in every door way up and path way up to the Tower. It's impossible as an invader to get there.

If you know where to go there are several spots that you can snipe Karl in the tower. Look for the locations where you can see in through the big hole in the side of the tower and get him as he goes back up the ladder. It is a deeply satisfying kill.

11:32 I play authentic with controller time to time, I think it's quite easy actually. Aiming might be a little harder but balancee overall! (I don't play authentic with invasion on, I'm just too paranoid and stressed out at that point)

16:52 this isn’t even the funniest glitch I have encountered in this game. Anyone else noticed/experienced that if you Tag everyone in the main objective building for the secret weapons mission (either by tagging them on anything lower than authentic where you have the HUD or by playing civilian very easy where they’re tagged already), the one where you speak to Möller on the phone, the Nazis sometimes disappear from the actual gameplay in the building, only to reappear and surprise you if you shortly leave the building and go inside it again? Hope my very long explanation made sense.

Omg, I didn't know that was a bug! I just thought that the trap defuse distance was too short, that's why I keep getting blown up trying to remove traps. Hope this gets patched sometime when rebellion has time between making the next ugly weapon skin.

When it works, the defuse distance is actually very safe. It just doesn't seem to work most of the time now, at least with booby-trapped bodies, which are annoyingly the only traps that you can't trigger with grenades or bullets, so there is nothing you can do about them. The last time it worked for me was in Axis Invasion 4, which was recorded in mid-October!

The inability to diffuse traps when you are invading is a total PIA and doesn't seem "fair" at all, @RebellionGamesStudio needs to address this issue.

Eyo Duck I dunno if you know but going into the shooting range with your axis invasion loadout you can change your equipment such as nades mines and medkits

I did know that! Its accessible from the main menu too ('Loadout and Customisation'; allows you to change loadouts for each game mode)!

@@drspoon4341 I tried countless time to change my loadout via the main menu, it wouldn't let me do it, couldn't change the mine for another grenade, I tried with the shooting range and it worked. Thanks for the tip.

On PC I only get 1 mine, 1 grenade, 1 large medikit and 1 small medikit but I can disarm grenades, mines and shu mines to add but only 2 of each.

I'm also on PC. You can change your invader loadout from the shooting range (but not the main menu, that doesn't work!). Check the channel, there’s a video about it! The invader originally had the same as Karl, all of it. They nerfed it very early on because invaders were winning too often!

It depends on how you customise all your weapons - with my load out the rifle has the highest sprint speed.

@@doge9694 I usually play on Friday and/or Saturday nights after the missus goes to bed, so usually 10-11pm GMT, often for ~3 hours, so you should have a decent chance of matching up if you take about 6/7 hours off of that time. I'll keep an eye out for you! Also I don't judge based on ability unless you are super-good at counter-hunting me with stealth, in which case I'll lavish you with praise. I don't like map-clearing, nor excessive camping surrounded by traps, but have maximum respect for players who try their best!

@@duckwit85 I'm not a gamer, and for years I lived on Cadet mode. Life is hard - last thing I want is for my games to be hard. :) That said, I've been playing SE5 on Hard/Authentic lately and play true to form, going for stealth. Only take to using excess traps when I've alerted and surrounded. While I've accumulated ~300 Karl kills invading, I actually find trying to complete levels while being invaded more challenging/enjoyable. I'll look forward to a match sometime. In the meantime, happy hunting.

You can play on whatever difficulty you find comfortable. Beware invasions in Authentic though; Invaders have a hud and can still tag you for some reason, so its a bit unfair.

Too many Wankers are setting up the game for their own advantage. .. ie killing the Axis Invaders.. and using every advantage possible.. I’m of the same opinion as you - any doubt about a set-up .. just ditch the game.. otherwise it’s terrific.. Do you fancy playing a game together? As you seem to be a good player dins1961 On PS4 Just a thought 😊

Sadly pretty much all of my free gaming time is being taken up with recording and editing these videos at the moment. If you're UK based, though, there is a good chance we'll be trying to kill each other at some point as I continue with the Invasions! The Ghillie has no advantage unless you are stationary, half in a bush, and your opponent isn't very observant. It is, however, much less obvious than running around dressed like a sailor.

Why does that DOUBLE BARREL shotgun shoot THREE bullets

Because it actually has three barrels! It’s a Drilling (which I believe means triplet in German) and it has two shotgun barrels and a smaller rifle barrel. The game simplifies it and treats all three rounds as the same.
