Oh, Hassan. I don’t know if it’s just the ADHD. I remember him showing a clear understanding of how our “scientific facts” can be biased, based on who’s in charge of science in a certain time and place, like how actual textbooks used to say black people are intellectually inferior to white people. But then someone tried to agree with him and add to his point by bringing up how even our understanding of animal “gender roles” (like with lions) has been muddied by the fact that zoology was a male dominated field, in a patriarchal society, for so long. And Hasan acted like this was a bizarre and ludicrous statement. He’s someone who seems morally on the right page but is kind of a dumbass.

I just assumed it was a parody of how twitch streamers talk in general, and most of what people know about the past are big historical events (news then), when if you did give them twitch most content would be about popular media
