Join me on a very misty sunrise visit to Robin Hood’s Stride in the Peak District to get a magical shot of the sunrise over the Grey Ladies Standing Stones . I'm out with my trusty medium format Hasselblad 500cm and a couple of rolls of Kodak Portra and Ilford Delta 100. This is my first visit to this location, but the trees are fabulous, I’ll definitely be back.

Very enjoyable video. The picture of the tree framed by the two stones with the sun behind is, I think, really good

The original 500C/CM of the V series are truly a thing of beauty, particularly the ones with the brushed chrome trim. Don't care very much for the black versions that came later.

I agree, definitely a thing of beauty. I’m looking for a PM45 with the chrome trim….but not sure if they did one?

I have one an dit is balck, I think. Did you know that they used horse hair to polish the chrome on the original series? I remember years ago reading a Hasselblad brochure about how they built the camera.@@Stringbob

Some great compositions and as somebody else already commented, very relaxing to watch. Ironically I have photographed a very similar dead tree to yours @ 23mins, in a field near Pooley Bridge, Cumbria. As much as I love B&W, and I really do, the light, direction of light, and the shades of green on the tree @ 27:34 is just sublime. Great portrait shot too, I think that gentleman will be very pleased!

I have this same camera, and adore it. What I don't seem to have are too many opportunities to shoot it :( I really do need to try harder this year. You took some great photos there.

Glad you liked it, I too struggle to get out enough, generally weekends or holidays. But I plan to do at least two trips a month this year. Let’s see how we get on.

No sería bueno ponerle un parasol a ese objetivo ? Buenas fotografías ! Saludos desde España.

Glad you like, there wasn’t enough sun to create glare in these shots, but I quite like the glare from these old lenses, adds character, which you don’t always get with modern lenses.
