Join me for another trip to the Peakdistrict for some analogue landscape photography. This week i'm off to Pilsbury Moor to photograph some scrub trees in the sunrise golden hour. I have my Hasselblad and Leica analogue cameras with me and Kodak Ektar and Portra films.

So very enjoyable. I'm no longer able to walk across fields, being restricted to a mobility scooter, but my wife can go with someone to Pilsbury Moore with her Hasselblad, it's not too far from us. I've learned to enjoy watching other photographers doing the things I used to do pre disability. I don't do resentment or envy, those are harmful emotions. It's far better to appreciate the artistry of other people and find new ways to express my own.

@@Stringbob My university is a listed building, so i've set myself the project of documenting the entire site in as interesting a way as possible. This will likely take a couple of years and result in a multi volume photobook. I might just leave it to the university to print it, since I'm not sure I can afford such a project myself given the audience will be tiny. I'll just be happy to retain copyright over all the images.

@@careypridgeon that sounds really interesting project, I bet the university would love it. I’ve just done a photo book myself and was surprised how straightforward and cost-effective the printing was.
