I've always loved how a band with the name Hatebreed can send such positive messages through their music. I've always enjoyed them live too.

Over the past 2 years, my depression has went from mild, to moderate, to major, to severe. The past 3 months I've been going to doctors, therapists, & counselors. This 3min song has done more for me than all the hours I've spent in those offices, trying to explain the sorrow & emptiness I've been dealing with for years. I needed this more than you'll ever know. 👊👊

A little over 2 years ago gang members pulled up next to me in a car and shot me for wearing the wrong colors...I got hit with a .45 hollowpoint in my left forearm almost blew my shit off....this song has been helping me get through some of the most toughest times of my life and I thank u guys so much 👊

I love how alot of my friends think metal is just people screaming about death. Little do they know how fucking positive metal bands can be. This song is hella inspirational.

Now I'm 43 and I made it through depression and everything the world has thrown at me. It's not done yet and I am not done either. That's all I gotta say for now.

When I was 16, 10 years ago i've a hard times, I was bullied, my father was an alcoholic, I could go to any path, but listen to your music and read the translate of your songs help me alot!
