Have I Got News For You S16E03 - Jackie Mason & Michael Crick 0852am 16.3.22 hmmm... what a crock.... though this show was meant to be... i really dont think he world will collapse into utter obscurity and fiscal melt down if i dont mention hislop enjoys the chap sport of cricket... bat on willow ball on head. or will it?
Jackie Mason appeared to have had recent botox to the forehead, and also to be extremely relaxed. I doubt he was uncomfortable; he was more likely in his day to make other people uncomfortable. Cosmetic intervention is not without its pitfalls, right?
I don’t think he knew what the show was about. He must have heard the term “quiz show” and assumed it was a typical American show. When he realised nobody is all that interested in winning points he seems to have sat back, relaxed and enjoyed the banter - even if he didn’t contribute as much. I don’t think he quite knew what was going on. Still impressive to see Mr Mason (not Gleason as I accidentally put before) make an appearance on a UK quiz show, especially HIGNFY in its prime!
