Nowadays, Chinese cabbage can be seen in the market this season. I am going to share how to make braised pork balls with brown sauce today. It is a homemade dish, and it is also very good for the dishes prepared for the lunar New Year!
Huge pork balls marinade:
600g of ground meat, 40cc of soy sauce, 20cc of cooking wine, one teaspoon of salt, one spoonful of sugar, white pepper, 40g of spring onion, 50g of carrot, one egg, the amount of ginger, the amount of flour
Braised pork ballsmaterial:
First time to braised: 800cc water, 100cc soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar, a handful of green onion, two slices of ginger
Second time to braised: 200cc water, 200 marinade, Chinese cabbage
