That's right, you read that correctly - HUSSITE PRUSSIA in EU4. HUSSITE. PRUSSIA. This is an OP nation if ever I've seen one. EU4 Prussia is known for it's infantry combat ability and generally having the best army in the game, so today I thought I'd appeal to the meta masses and attempt to create the most overpowered army in EU4!

For those that don't know how to have all mil idea groups or whatever, there's an option you can change which still lets you get achievements. I forget what it's called but it should be easy to spot.

Fantastic thing about Hussite Prussia is being able to be Prussia without spawning the reformation and so if you're in an mp with a Catholic Europe, its a quality route to take

for those curious about the 2 mil ideas its a setting on start up called limited ideas its on by default but it is legal to turn off for iron man games

For 8:52 - When you decrease autonomy in a province, you automatically reset the "Recent Uprising"-timer. So for every time you wanna rid yourself of rebels, decrease autonomy first, make sure no province has the -X unrest from "Friendly Troops" on it and only then provoke rebels. :)

6:58 don't delete the fort on marienburg here it has a great wonder that makes it have a seriously ridiculous amount of defensiveness +50% on level 1 and +100% on level 2 and 3 basically its 4x better than a mountain fort (at least in terms of defensiveness, mountain forts *do* have the -2 roll for attackers)

@@amerashi1111 Leviathan itself doesnt seem like a bad dlc to me (on sale ofc), it adds a bunch of features to the game, and the great wonders add a lot of flavor. The main problems with leviathan (the completely unbalanced and frankly untested gameplay experience) have mostly been resolved by now. Although, to this day I still play with a mod that removes the natives from the game (if i dont A: game lags B: colonization is pretty much dead because by the time you get a colonist all the land in the new world is taken) That's honestly my least favorite part, as sometimes I like to fire up a game as portugal or england and just mostly ignore warfare for a while, just to relax. That's not really possible now (South America is mostly fine but North America is impossible unless you feel like going through the mental pain of attacking 100 different natives) But besides that I think the DLC is fine. And for any non-colonial game there seems to be no problems left.

2:20 Occupied forts only start with a garrison of 100 men I think, maybe even 50. You need to wait a few month ticks for them to build any sort of defense

yes, so forts when sieged gain 100 men until the month tick fills their garrison. Forts below 100 men are treated the same as having 0 men, giving an instant siege if the garrison falls below 100 due to a siege tick

I had them as a March on my game doing the achievment of Back to the Piast. Because Hussite counts as protestant my vassal teutons formed them and it was fun.

Laith, at 8:50 about the recent upraising question, the recent uprising thing changed with, I believe, 1.30 though I could be wrong. If you lower autonomy in a province, it removes the recent uprising modifier from that province.

In the early wolgast war, you have to only take stolp and not make it too long to get all of Prussia for yourself. If you try to fully annex wolgast, you'll be too late to siege down all of the teutons, stopping you from taking all of Prussia and opening the way for an incredibly strong poland

You could've just accepted the demands of the Hussite rebels before they even rose up if they were the most widespread religion in your country. Also the decision to convert to Hussitism gives you +10% missionary strength vs heretics for 10 years
