Sorry to sound stupid.. I'm pretty bedbound due to Fibromyalgia & Neuropathy- it's taken my ability to walk. =( Do y'all think ANY of these would be appropriate for someone like me to TRY to stop ANY muscle atrophy (I have VERY limited walking abilities w LOTS of help) Thanks!

Without a doubt yes. I have very similar problems and I personally think that stuff like this, combined with rolling my calves and feet out with massage balls made a major impact during my worst times. Doing stuff like this will give your feet some good stimulation. Using the massage balls while laying on your back to work out contractures in your lower legs is something that I feel was monumental in getting some improvement for me.

Ima be real honest with you, i was in a very similar position not so long ago and something that helped me get back to walking and doing these other exercises and mobility work; it’s called paida lajin; just look it up. I have a book on it and in the book/pdf it has countless testimonies and i know people who have used it to help them heal. Just thought i’d let you know because i remember when it hurt for me to walk i was trying ATG ( knees over toes program ) and for some reason it just wasn’t helping at the time; i do atg movements now that i’m stronger and healed but at the time i just couldn’t but paida lajin helped me so so much.

@@andrewgarcia6682 interesting. When i was at my worst I spent probably 2 hours daily just using multiple massage balls (one vibrating and 3 different texture/size nonvibrating ones). This combined with working on my si joint and spinal decompression is what did it for me.

For those only who has good aligned feet, but for a bunion feet these tutorials just can't work

I've been having a very encouraging healing journey regarding a relatively severe bunion utilizing some of these techniques, or modifications of them, in combination with unilateral RDLs and squatting with weights. This therapy has helped me regain significant foot mobility and relieved a significant amount of discomfort, I say significant because it is hard to quantify my progress, but I would say the easiest way to do so would be to say "life changing" I thought I was headed for a wheelchair at one point, I hope to be in the 1,000lb club for my big 3 lifts and also run 5ks in the next year.

I smashed my big toe joint and somehow got diagnosed with gout (I’ve never had gout in my entire life before this incident) and because I didn’t get diagnosed early enough or treat it, now I’ve developed a slight bunion on my joint and I’ve never regained my previous ability to even walk without knee or hip pain. I really need to go see a physio …
