Jorgetime plus I think a majority of anthony's fans are just not that into metal (at least the ones that comment) so they get impatient with him if he doesn't review the things they like first. also just has to do with him getting a more broad audience. just look at his old reviews of metal or alternative music. the comments there are mostly relevant.

I loved this album, especially Masterplan and Intention to Decieve. I thought it was thrash metal at it's most vicious musically. Wake Up was another song I loved due to (not in spite of) that repeated riff. The only thing about the album I didn't really like was F.P.C, didn't rub me the right way. Great album in my opinion.

Gotta say I totally love this album. Though I do agree that the drums themselves have a somewhat basic sound to them, I was disappointed to not really here you mention Pete webbers playing here, because he shines in this album so much compared to the others, he's an absolutely monster behind the kit,

It wasn't about them being crap. havok had a falling out with Megadeth over a tour and Anthony keeps saying Mega is a influence to them, it was just funny over the incident that occurd with the two bands. I could care less about which one is crap or not.

Havok, Vektor, Revocation, and Municipal Waste are the Mt. Rushmore of modern day thrash. Each are distinctly different, yet still fly the flag of thrash high. This album definitely cements Havok's position on that list. I love this album!

I preordered the album and have been listening to it at the gym and on the way to work for weeks. I am more of a Death Metal kind of guy but I have fallen in love with the tone and subject matter of that Havok brings to the table. "Hang 'em High", the album's second track is without a doubt my favorite.

It's probably the best thrash album in years to come out. There are soo few bands that can deliver 80s level quality these days. Alll the major players still around today can't do it anymore, they're too old and don't have the creativity anymore. These guys do and it shows all around. Highly recommended

I recall some of the members saying that the last album was more or less just throwing their old ideas/previously written songs onto an album, so they can just kinda get it all out of their system. But yeah, I agree with this one. The first half is great & starts to sound "same-y" towards the end. Although, you didn't mention the bonus tracks, so I assume you didn't hear them. There's a very, very short & fast one called String Break, in which they point out "Dave broke a string" repeatedly. Then there's a cover of Pantera's Slaughtered. I think they're both great. So, there's that, I guess.

Solid 8/10 or 9/10. Just enough originality and their own signature mark on it all. I agree that Natural Selection isnt amazing, but that is a solid 7/10 with zero bad songs. Their early album from 2009 was good too. Love his vocals and the instrumentation is fire on every single track

I normally don't like vids of someone just talking, but a decent review though not a 7...I'd rank it a 9 out of 10. Also, Havok is far from InfoWars level stuff. They take the Military Industrial complex, the corporate oligarchy and religion to task, certainly not domain of the right. The music is killer. I think this is a great record.

I wasn't a big fan of Havok to begin with. Tried to get into them but they just weren't a good flavor to me. I listened to the new record and it really meh for me. It's like I've heard it all before. I would really like to hear a review of Brotherhood Of The Snake if you could even know it's a little belated.

I give it a 5/10. Unnatural selection was much better actually. The lyrics on this album suck and so does the production. Doesn't add anything new to the thrash scene.
