"Because she hit with a tennis ball?" No bro, it was the physics, she make the bell ring so hard that it started to move very violently and the gravity made the rest
I know it's a totally random moment, but I really loved Clint's interaction with the matre' d. Neither of them is after anything from the other, and the way the matre' d just firmly insists. "It is necessary," just really warmed my heart.
I would have kept the ninja suit on if I was planning to go out and do some B&E lol And I don’t think Clint was worried about trying to find his Ronin stuff from the giant crater that Avengers compound turned into. After the battle I imagine he just wanted to get to his family. Cooper, Clints oldest boy, looks to be about 17/18 and Lila must be 15/16 so it’s not that irresponsible to leave them at the hotel in charge of Nate-Pietro lol
But wouldn't ANY dark clothing have done the job? It seems the Ronin suit was drawing too much attention, Clint even tells her in ep2 something like, "wow, you've already been on the news twice." I agree about Clint leaving his stuff at Avengers compound, in the reaction video I even said, "I'm not surprised he left the stuff.." and then those track suit guys blew a hole in the wall and interrupted the rest of what I was gonna say lol. And I think Clint's childrens ages are wrong. Because they were all snapped by Thanos so their ages should have been roughly the same now as when they were snapped. Now obviously Marvel had to make a decision regarding whether or not to recast the children with new actors or just accept the fact that they looked slightly older than they are really supposed to be. I do prefer they keep the same actors so I like that but I also know the children are younger than they look canonically.
@@MACReact any black clothing would have done, but I think she was trying to get in an investigate the old uncles house before he got back so it was a time issue. She’s just unlucky enough that he made it home in time to be murdered before she got there lol I’m glad they kept the same kids too. This show is set 2 years post blip so it does make sense that they would look slightly older. And I may be a couple years off with the ages, because I forgot to take into account the time they spent as dust, but even so, Cooper is definitely old enough to keep an eye out on the younger 2, while they’re probably in bed. Probably stayed up eating donuts lol
Michigander here. Where I grew up, we frequently got what's known as lake effect snow. Lake Michigan is so big, it operates like a mini ocean and magnifies storms. So we frequently get several feet of snow in a night. It's enough to sometimes to shut down regular businesses and cold enough for police to issue and strictly enforce _severe cold_ stay-at-home orders. One winter, I cleared about two feet of snow off my car to prepare for work in the morning, but I had to brush another 18 inches before I left, only up find out everything was closed because the plows couldn't get the roads cleared and salted fast enough. My little car got stuck in a snowdrift in the middle of the street. It's fun as a kid, but a serious pain in the ass as a working, traveling adult.
Damn thats pretty crazy! We've never really had to deal with any of that lol As Texans, our only real winter was last year when all the power went out and everything froze 5 times over. 0/10 do not want to experience again
In the beginning, the room Kate goes into (with the wall blown out) is her father's office and her mother is elsewhere in the penthouse frantically trying to find her daughter in the tumult.
No, her mother is taking full advantage of the fact that there's an alien invasion going on right outside her building and gets rid of the problem she married LOL
I find Kates mom quite sus. Why did she take so long to get to her daughter during the attack on New York? Did the father really die because of the attack? And what powerful friends does she have? Clint having an hearing aid is straight from the comics. Just for clearance, Jack, the new husband to be, is the nephew of Armand.
I know absolutely nothing about Hawkeye from the comics or Kate Bishop or any of that so this is really refreshing when I saw it a few days ago, but I have two thoughts: 1. When he blew up that transport thing that was going for young Kate Bishop and she was seeing him being all heroic, wow, that scene actually brought a tear to my eye 2. That musical was...HILARIOUS, I mean I couldn't stop laughing lmao
What was crazy about that scene to me was it really was a long time ago now. Almost 10 years ago in our world, so kids who would've seen that movie in theaters probably saw themselves in Kate a little bit. And yes! The musical was amazing! I wanna watch the whole thing lol
I was confused about the watch too, and then I happened to catch a reshowing of the trailer for Captain America: Civil War and it could be Tony Stark's watch.
So Kate has a friend in college named GREER? ...as in Greer Grant Nelson? ...as in TIGRA? ...as in The CAT? ...as in one of the 1st members of HAWKEYE'S West Coast branch of The Avengers, when he moved to Los Angeles in the comic West Coast Avengers #1!?!? 😳😳😳 💕🐯💕 This cannot be mere coincidence... Greer is NOT a common name! BRING ON TIGRA! I personally have been waitng so long for her to FINALLY join the MCU !! And that sweet pup is L***y the Pizza Dog (censored to not spoil), he was one of the stars of the Matt Fraction - Hawkeye comic run (What this show is based on). SO glad we didn't get the origin of his missing eye that we got in the comic, he got hit by a car and would have died if Clint wouldn't have saved him. Fingers crossed 🍕🐕 is safe and goes forward into the greater MCU, he really is the goodest boi. We don't have enough of the superheroes pets in the MCU. We have Captain Marvel's Goose, but what about; Dr Strange's basset hound Bats? Falcon had his beautiful wild falcon named Redwing, not a mechanical one..A real birdy. Deadpool has his "mutt with a mouth" Dogpool, Even though we have yet to meet the Inhumans in the proper MCU, we need LOCKJAW! He often works alongside the Fantastic 4, so maybe we'll see him! .... I just LOVE animals, and there are far too few in the MCU... 🗣-more pets Marvel!! loved the reaction guys! Can't wait for episode 2!💕
My first thought is that Kate’s father; Derek Bishop is still alive as we never see his death onscreen nor his dead body. The Bishops were facing severe financial pressure at the start of this Pilot Episode and might have to sell their posh penthouse in order to keep afloat. During the 2012 Chitauri Invasion, Derek faked his own death so that his wife would then claimed his life insurance money. The online rumor is that Eleanor Bishop is the Marvel comics version of Madame Masque. Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin shall appear by the end of this Season 1 as Echo’s adopted father @ Uncle. The watch was recovered amidst the Avengers Compound rubble when Thanos’ Army bombed it in “Avengers: Endgame”. Jack did not seemed surprised at all when the Tracksuit Mafia raided the underground auction. Like he knew it was going to happen. In fact, he took the opportunity to pocket the much coveted Ronin retractable sword during the commotion.
Hey y'all, Iam really glad y'all are reaching to this show. And yeah the dog ( who I call Odin) guess why 😆, FYI the dog is in the comics so he should be in the mix alot iam thinking. Anyway can't wait to see the reaction, lv you guys 😎🍻
Hey y'all, Lol, no we don't have a dog named Odin😂, just thought it was funny the dog missing a eye, an Odin missing an eye ( but not the same one) we do have a dog though, he's name is Morrison ( as in Jim Morrison of the Doors) he's a 140lb. English Mastiff (Brendel) he just turn 5. He's my Daughter's, she grew up listening to the Doors so ( still her Favorite band) of course she named him Morrison lol.
I never read the Hawkeye comics, but from what I've seen and read online, that dog is Lucky the Pizza dog (he loves pizza), who is in the comics. The dog saved Hawkeye and then got hit by a car. Hawkeye then helped save the dog's life after it got hit by the car. My first thought about the thieves trying to find a watch was the time-traveling watch used in Avengers Endgame? It was a watch they used to help them time travel, if I'm not mistaken? I am thinking that bell in the tower was probably an old relic there kept there for historical and traditional reasons. So, it was probably so old by now that any slight banging of any kind would've caused it to break. I like hearing Kate breathing hard during her fight showing that was a big fight for her at that auction and she's probably not experienced yet in fighting & trying hard to control her breathing. I would love to actually know or have it addressed someday how the general public knows what happened in Avengers Endgame and how Thanos was defeated. Like, for example, how did Monica and Jimmy know in Wandavision that Wanda and Captain Marvel almost single-handedly defeat Thanos? Does the public actually know how Tony died or just that he died? LOL...what if there actually was a real news crew at the site covering the climactic fight vs. Thanos? I think having Hawkeye need a hearing aid is a nice touch given he is fighting alongside the other Avengers but has no superpowers or armor protecting him. Just like John McClain in Die Hard, Hawkeye is probably the most vulnerable to being beat up and I like seeing that part emphasized that he's still only human. At least Black Widow has all that espionage training and probably was taught tactics and techniques in how to withstand getting beat up a lot. LOL...I hope at some point we get to see that new fiancee (i.e. Tony Dalton) twirl his mustache like an evil villain. So, I guess Hawkeye brought the Ronin sword back with him to the Avengers compound? I guess that might make sense that once Black Widow tracked Hawkeye down, they did not have time to take a side trip for him to stash that sword away at his own farm but they both went straight from Hong Kong to the Avengers compound and Hawkeye then stashed the sword somewhere there? I wonder if Rhodey knows Hawkeye was Ronin since he briefed Black Widow or even if Captain Marvel knows since she wished Rhodey good luck in the hologram meeting like she knew what he was going to share.
Also, sad fact: In the comics Lucky lost his eye because the villains jump on him and kick the poor dog when Lucky tried to help Clint from being attacked, he survived but one of the kicks bursted his eye
