I don’t know if anyone else has said, but that’s not the Hawkeye outfit that he wore when he saved Kate, that’s the Ronin suit that he wore after the blip, when he was straight up murdering criminals. That’s partly why the gangsters are calling her bro. Not because they think only a guy can fight like that, but because she’s wearing the suit and they think that she’s the Ronin. Also, when Jack was talking about inheriting, he was making a jab at the guy he was talking to, because Jack is in line to inherit that guy’s money. He was not talking about killing Eleanor for her money.

Little fact: In reality (i.e. not the world of tv and movies) wines bottle are actually really sturdy and hard to break, especially wines bottle like those found in the wine cellars of rich people. This show portrayed them more accurately than most shows and movies usually do surprisingly enough.

On a rewatch, I loved this show a lot more than I initially gave it credit for. It's so much fun!

A little missunderstanding. Jack was not talking about Elenors money, he meant the money of the guy he was talking to. They are related.

I may be the only one but Hawkeye has been my favorite Disney+ Marvel show 😄 I look forward to rewatching it every December

The Adventures of Pizza Dog!

Very fun series! I'm really excited to watch the rest of your reactions to it. I love Hailee Steinfeld in general, but I think she really shines in this one.

This isn't at all a dig but I've seen a few channels react to this and every one of them has the same reaction at the opening sequence. "Where was her mom?!" Eleanor clearly stated she was going "downstairs" so, when the building was hit, she would have had to have taken the actual stairs all the way back up to the penthouse or risk using the elevator (providing it was functional). Considering she arrived within a minute or two of the attack starting I actually think she got there quick. Maybe it's just me.

Hawkeye 1x1 was a great episode. Bro.

The actress playing young Kate cut her foot during the attack scene and finished up without anyone knowing it because, as she said, "as a child actor I can only be on set so many hours a day so I try to do everything in just one take."

This is my favorite Disney+ MCU series, so I'm glad you've gotten to it! Also I haven't seen it myself, but I know that at least for a while (I don't know if it's still playing or not) the show that Hawkeye was watching at the beginning, Rogers the Musical, was actually a real show you could go watch at California Adventure at Disneyland!

This series is loosely based (largely, but not entirely) on the Hawkeye comic run starting in 2012 by Matt Fraction (writer) and David Aja (artist). The title credits are copying the aesthetics of the cover art from the comics. The MCU adaptation was okay... enjoyed it well enough.. but the comics are amazing and highly worth reading.

Jeremy Renner is a great actor and Hailee Seinfeld is also a good up-and-coming actor. They really carry this show with their charisma and abilities.

They called her "bro" because she is wearing the Ronin's suit. The Ronin was a man, so they wouldn't have any reason to suspect that a girl is wearing it. Also, "bro" is slang, and can be used to refer to any person regardless of gender, similar to how "guy" can be used to refer to any person regardless of gender.

We have been introduced to the Track Suit Mafia (the "bro" guys). The name of the show was Rogers: A Musical. They strategically placed billboards in a couple places in the episode. The series is equal parts comedy & tragedy.

Something that always annoyed me about her getting in trouble with that bell is that it was obviously dangerously unsafe and should have been cordoned off ages ago.

Them thinking she's actually a guy has nothing to do with how she fights. She's literally wearing Ronin's costume. They think she's a guy because they think she is Ronin, and Ronin was a guy.

out of the marvel series shows this one and Moon Knight are the 2 best ones . Watched a few times and it gets better ever time would like a second season just as long Marvel doesn't screw it up
