HAZARD ON TRACK? DANGER? Teamsport Docklands with a stray tyre on the racing line 

Some footage I found when I fixed my broken SD card and decided to upload it to get some discussion going.
There's far more dangerous things in motorsport and we all understand the risks, however I feel that when there is a hazard on track it should be dealt with, or atleast noticed a bit quicker than nearly 3 full laps of the circuit.
