@@RN-fv7pr It's impossible to say without knowing the price it'll get to. I'd try to get 3 million Hbar to have a good chance of becoming a millionaire. If you've only got, like, 250,000 Hbar, then it's extremely unlikely that you'll retire early. Don't take the people claiming Hbar will go to $2 too seriously. 30 cents is far, far more likely

Question for Rob: How likely is it that part of the 4.248 billion HBARs recently allocated for ecosystem development will be used to initially support and subsidise the roll out of permissioned community nodes? Perhaps those nodes can be mandated to use a proportion of the HBARs they're awarded to incentivise stakers to their node; the outcome being increased decentralisation of Hedera.
Hmm, question : will Community Nodes be < permissioned > ? I thought they’d be “permissionless”. To increase decentralization. Or did I get that wrong ?
@@SquareRootOfMinus1 before permissionless nodes it's 'trusted' community nodes. Hedera's decentralization occurs in three phases. Phase 1 (current phase): Permissioned council member nodes. Phase 2 (hopefully this year) : Permissioned community nodes. Phase 3 (probably several years away): Permissionless nodes.
Question for Rob: in the updated staking algorithm, why do rewards decrease after a certain threshold in staked hbar is met? Wouldnt it be best for the network if as many hbars are staked as possible?
Can you make a video that explains the role of the companies/organizations role in operating a validator node? Basically what I’m saying is all these retail investors see something like Google on your title and they think that Google is going to be building something on the HBAR network which is not true or at least not guaranteed

Peter have right, TVL is just 70m!!! All 40B coins will flooded in the market. Nothing is locked like you said. No any enterprise need to stocked like Rob said. They received small fees from developers/users and than SELL OFF ALL COINS!!!

Words sounds great, in practice, we just pushed out from top 40. Very frustrating for fans. This is result of people trust. Ranking is simple founded on just people trust only. Btc have more than half, this is why insitutions apply for Spot Etf there. Eth is old, slow and expensive, why Qnt, Link, etc, go, remain and build there? Because in Eth have 20% of people trust. Now Hedera have just 1,5%. This is all about, the poeple trust, and nothing else. All the best Hbarians ✌️

If this 5B will pressure price and will go much more down in ranking, no any new fans will come and much more fans will leave the project. Ranking is important because poeple loves winners and hate losers. Last year, after all huge announced, they don't let the price to rise or remain up and wasted chance to go in top 10. Now, not was a good moment to announced and and all crypto news or live is flouded with this massive 5B sell. We will see.
Inflation will apply to the following bull runs just as much as the coming one. Inflation just spreads appreciation pressure thinner. It doesn't decrease how much appreciation pressure there is.
