Join us as we make final preparations for the new concrete season. The Mack is all done and looks great, the power buggy is ready for pick up, and spring is in the air.
What you did for Eric, I wish I had a dad to do for me. Way to build his confidence and let him understand that there is nothing to be scared of. Shout out to my boss Josh Beauvais for getting me out of my comfort zone and making me his lead for manhole production for 2 years. Much respect to you Ryan.
Yo this is real. This was definitely like watching a parenting moment, both know it's possible. Eric is so scared because he's never done it, and watching Ryan take command and be like "Watch, I'll do this without even being strapped in, this is how you know" is amazing. It's interactions like those that really make this interesting! I love how Ryan treats his crew like family instead of labor.
Eric seems like an awesome young man. His laugh is contagious. you're an awesome group of people and I wish I was closer I would work for you in a minute.
That was hilarious . Eric you should be thanking Ryan at the end of every day. This is a boss that really cares for you and is mentoring you so you become a responsible contractor yourself. Think of it for a minute as he is doing his best to train you to get the experience you need and to leave him ! He is treating you like family as a father not an employee .
Had Eric literally crying 😂 but hey sometimes you just need to jump into the deep end and do it just figure something out. Wishing you a productive and lucrative season!
Watching Eric go up and down the ramp was probably the most hilarious content in ALL of your videos! Ryan, I love your "just do it" push you gave Eric. Eric, congratulations to you for doing your best to overcome your fears. Everybody has fears in their own way. It was hilarious but humbling all in the same. Love you guys!
I don't blame Eric. I can see how that would be scary if you've never done it before. I give Ryan props for being so patient and encouraging Eric to try something new. 👏 42:57
Eric on the skid loader was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a long time! 😂 I’m looking forward to seeing the gang back together and working. Ryan, I know that things are all coming together at once but keep going and I’m sure it’ll come right! 🙏🏼
Seeing how Darryl is gone now, I would say that your equipment has a fighting chance to have a long life keep looking good. I'll be watching and hoping you have a mostly trouble free and mucho financially productive season, good luck to you.
That clip of Eric trying to face his fears was epic. Ryan is awesome for that. he's going to teach u either way the choice is yours. Lol legendary moments
Ryan, found your channel after dirt monkey visited you. During our snowless winter here in CT, I sat back and watched your videos new and old. One of the few channels that I don’t skip through the video. As a business owner myself you show what it really takes behind the scenes to keep everything afloat and moving forward while being enjoyable to watch.
I love watching your videos man. Been binging for a week and as a supervisor of a new company you inspire me to be a good boss and I’ve already learned so much from you just from these videos! God bless your, your family and company Ryan!
Man I have had the worst month I have ever had in 45 years. My mother has been in the hospital for a month now and just a number of other things. I really appreciate your videos, you and Eric man a great team. I really hope he continues to be the man he is. Your videos never disappoint and always put a smile on my face.. God Bless you both..
It has to be so awesome to find a place that works on big trucks that actually does a good job with their work. We can barely find a place to do what’s expected much less in your case go above and beyond what you expected to get. Those places may cost more but in my experience you get what you pay for! Your so blessed to have a shop as that place seems to be.
This was one of the best videos! I was cracking up! Ryan, you’re right though, he needs to learn and do it. Can’t wait for the season to start Monday! Stay safe and healthy.
Ryan, when you started making the skid loader, go backwards, and Eric was screaming. That was the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time! I used to be an equipment trainer and you don’t understand how many times I wanted to do that! 😂 the look on his face was priceless and will live in my head rent free forever!
Honestly love the way you are teaching and basically mentoring Eric in this video teaching him what he needs to do in order to have a successful foundation on running a business great video can't wait for the next one
@@daltoncorfitzson1057 camarata does solo property work and machine repairs similar to what Ryan did this winter. It's a good channel, although he hasn't been uploading as much recentely, at least from what I've seen.
That was so funny Ryan trying to get Eric to get equipment of the truck, I was crying with laughter. Good job Ryan well done Eric you got up but had help getting down.
That unloading was the funniest thing I’ve seen in forever! That needs to be a short and has to go viral! Ryan you are the best! E still has some things to learn from you! Great video! 😂
Eric you need to believe in yourself! You have one of the best teachers. You have definitely grown with the company Eric. Stay amazing and believe in yourself!🤗
Eric has a great future ahead of him working at Victory. Ryan is a great boss and mentor. Maybe in 3 years Eric will be confident enough to work full time on his own Business. The knowledge Ryan is sharing is invaluable.
100% that's what that post was for. Not sure if Ryan showing the post and then leaning on the heavy bag was hint or just how it went. He should make a hitch mount for it, or some brackets on the truck and can get In a quick workout during lunch 😂😂
I chuckle to myself when i see Ryan interacting with people, Mizzy is always good value (she has a kind soul), he made the day of the two elderly ladies and the lady on the cash register (to highlight just a few)... there's always laughter, sarcasm and joking around, people are genuinely lifted up (as can be seen in the meet and greets). The interaction between Ryan and Eric is special to see, how they bounce off one another always joking around... What makes it a really good Channel different to the herd is the fact that it's still genuine, and not cheesy with orchestrated content... REAL will beat FAKE hands down any day of the week!!!
Eric there should be zero hesitation when Ryan gives you direction. Just watching this situation, there’s no way he’d let you get hurt. He’s a mentor to you. Besides, you could be a keystone this year more than ever. Good luck!
Just gotta say Ryan me and my family love watching ur videos.i was an over the road truck driver and discovered your videos through FB. And now I'm a ready mix driver making that easy money.thanks Ryan and keep up the good work
loved you jumping on the skid steer and backing Eric down the ramp. He just needs to practice it more and get used to the angles of descent and ascent and know its not going to tip on him keep up the good work with training him to operate more machinery it does him good
I poured concrete from 18-21 im 22 now, these moments are priceless. Can’t forget the first time i got thrown off a buggy. you lose all that fear after the first scares man i miss the industry
Eric is a awesome dude! I work for the railroad an would love to record our day to day because we have a great group of guys that works for me an we definitely have a great time out there even though it’s hard work but with all the safety that goes with the railroad there would be no way lol
Awesome to see you demonstrate such care for others and not just talk the talk but to stand firm and take the time to show another person how to overcome fear and achieve goals to better them in life that makes them feel so much more confident as a person
