You cannot imagine how thankful I am to you for sharing this video. I have been having pain in my backside of the head for almost 2 months. At the beginning I thought it was my new prescribed lenses but I tried to stop wearing them and yet the pain remained.. So I decided to check on youtube as here (India) we are in lockdown since the last 2 months so I could not go to any doctor. Now I tried this massage and automatically I started to cry from all the tension that I had, my body reacted in that way ..now the pain is gone I am very glad, thank you so much

This guy is amazing. My head was killing me for A while and as soon as I started massaging my neck I was feeling relief. Try to hyperventilate in case of headache, I don't know if it works in this case because it's for migraine but you'll surely not make it worse, so it may be worth a try.
