Head and Neck Cancer Exercises for the Jaw, Neck, and Shoulder 

Thank You for the very informative video on these excercise. I had a thyroidectomy in November 2021 & RAI in March of this year. I still feel tightness when I turn my neck to the sides. No exercise was explained in detail for stretching. These excercises will be a great benefit.

Thank you very much for great information. My mouth is not opening after head and neck surgery and radiation. Radiation completed 10 days ago. Now I am taking food through tube. Doctors also put a patch from my arm in my mouth and removed some teeth's also. Kindly guide to open my mouth soon. Thanks & Regards

Is there a video about Lymphedema? I'm in month 7 of recovery (head-neck, hpv-tonsil) and now just really getting hammered with what I think is Lymphedema of the remaining/treated lymph node. Any direction to another resource for help would be much appreciated.
