Finally!!! A video tutor who can clearly articulate the necessary steps of a process without the additional white noise of garbage speech and redundant mumbling. This illustrates how a few carefully chosen words are much more useful to the listener than a blow by blow commentary on everything that’s happening. Despite the superlative quality of the object being made and shared in this video, I think the best part of the presentation is a thoughtful approach to the script. Judging from this tutorial, I can tell this instructor has more to teach than how to make cool things. I look forward to learning more from this instructor.

This is one of your side projects that I'm so glad to see come to life! I recently settled for one of those craft store heads, but was having to follow that tip in Britt's video clip for essentially padding the skull due to the dimensions.

Thanks. This is very cool. I've made five heads to the exact sizes of my bandmates heads, and I'm building them hideous, goat-demon Krampus heads for an upcoming polka show. In building these heads, ranging from 22 to 24 inches, I've found that your printing instructions are in error. The purported 23" head turns out to be 24" (three times in a row). The supposed 22" head builds at 23". And, the instructions for the 21" head really do make for a 21" head. I hope this helps some one else avoid all the late-stage modifications that I had to do. Cheers!

At that scale, you may need to employ some trial and error to figure out how large to print it.

I'm 6'9" and have a massive head - it is 25" around. From the other percentages it looks like you're doing circumference divided by 23, so I'd be 108%. I'm sure I should be able to work the printing out somehow, probably by printing one 108% page onto multiple pieces of paper. Having such a big head is why I can't buy standard prop heads, so this will be enormously helpful. Thanks!

I have a large head, at closer to 25", how much should I scale this up? Another 10%? I assume that for your other helmet patterns they are scaled to fit your 23" head as well, and will require a similar scale-up?
@PunishedPropsExtras

Yeah scaling it to 110% should do the trick.
