The Palestinian people have NEVER been repressed by Israel. Learn some history. They were given Israels land, (Gaza is part of Israel - as is the West Bank) in 1948, because Jordan booted those trouble makers out, (& you wonder why those nations around them wont come to their aid) , and then Egypt was given oversight of Gaza. Under Egypt the people lived in squalor. They were counted as the poorest in the World. Then in the war in 1967, Israel won Gaza back and they oversaw Gaza. They built universities, schools, shopping centres, museums etc for the people of Gaza, and the Palestinians thrived and prospered. THEN Ronald Regan talk Israel into letting the Palestinians, (they don't have a 'P' in their alphabet - by the way - wonder why that is?), govern themselves. Israel withdrew. Even had to drag Israeli's out of there that had lived their for centuries. (No Palestinian can trace their history in Gaza or the Westbank back beyond the 1940's). BIG MISTAKE. Hamas moved in with the sole goal of destroying Israel, and they have used and abused the Palestinians for their own advantage to achieve that goal. Sadly, most of the Palestinians are just too dumb to see that they are being used - or they're too scared to admit it. AND THAT IS THE FACT. And comparing what is happening in Gaza to what happened on Oct 7th. Are you nuts. Gaza is a war, because of what they did, and hamas and 90% of the Palestinian people are guilty of either taking part in what happened on the 7th or they celebrated it. On the 7th though - people who actually supported the Gazans, (many Jews in those areas support the Gazans - not any more though) were murdered in their homes. WAIT - they weren't just murdered. Women and young girls were raped so violently their pelvic and hip bones were broken, and their breasts were cut off. Then they were shot point blank in the head. Children had limbs cut off in front of their parents who were bound and couldn't do anything to protect them. Babies were beheaded or placed in ovens and cooked alive. Children were tied together, piled on top of each other and burned alive. People where tied together in their cars and burned alive. Men had their eye gouged out, and their genitals cut off. HOW IS THAT THE SAME AS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN GAZA NOW. Hamas bought this war, and the consequences of it upon the Palestinians. Lucky for them, Israel warns them before the bomb and area - so they can escape. Hamas didn't give the innocent people of Israel that curtesy.
