Thank You for posting this. Not only did I listen once through... I listened a second time through as there is so much information to absorb. So much struck a cord within me, that yes, I will listen to this a few times more. We are only the best versions of ourself when we are completely *honest* with ourselves... warts/flaws and all. Thank You for what you do, which is trying to keep many of us on the sane side, with the tools we need to self correct our course. Remember to be kind to yourself, your pets and each other. ❤

I understand Ashley 100%. I'm 29 yrs old man. Yes I'm handsome and open minded and different. But i had big CPTSD and i'm trapped and always fall in with wrong woman sadly. I'm so alone and work in different city than my hometown so i don't see family or friends. I'm alone with CPTSD, social anxiety and anxious attachment style. But i started now to understand anxious attachment and i'm trying to learn how to move on and be happy and love myself and find love of my life somewhere along the road.

Thank you, Anna. I just finished the first part. That's my situation right now (I'm anxious, he's dismissive). Based on what I learned, when it comes to dismissive person, giving ultimatum is a big no-no. I'd love to hear more of your stories about dismissive avoidant. Because the anxious person, like me, sometimes we don't realize how fast we are to be attached to someone. It's like forcing a flower to bloom before its time.

I resonate with Katie so much. But my guy says he is depressed and I make every thing about me and our relationship. So, I am always stressed because I dont want to pressure him and suppress my emotions.

I was a very sheltered kid who at 20 didn't even know what emotional availability was lol All i knew is that i really loved my ex and was there through thick and thin and.... i was not given the same energy Just a lot of love bombing and a lot of unsafe sex Then they were emotionally unavailable for those things too 7 years 😅 oops

You know what people need even more than prayers?... ACTION. People need donations. Shelter, food, money, even blood donations for those injured ... basic necessities do more for real people and animals than thoughts and prayers.
