Thanks Briana for your amazing videos! I have been reading the Attached book, and felt that I got a question. If I understand it correctly, attachment theory is focused on people's approaches towards intimacy and closeness. It's very important of course, but I wonder for a relationship to succeed, whether other factors are important as well, for example, basic attraction, cognitive compatibility, values, worldviews and sex. If so, how important is attachment style relative to all the other factors? If there is a misalignment in attachment styles, would that be a deal breaker even if other factors support the continuation of the relationship?
