Wow. Loved it!! When she said not everyone knows how to hold space for other people!!! This was an aha moment for me because I try to be there for friends and family but I always catch myself bringing it back to me and my experiences. Why do I do that? I’m more aware of it now and catch myself when I make it about me but it still keeps happening. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m working on it man. Lol Anyway, here to say, this was a good one.

I have fibromyalgia, as well as everything else that triggers fibromyalgia. Depression, anxiety, PMDD, reoccurring shingles. I could keep going. I know from my intuition that this is all caused by my thoughts and experiences.

I appreciate a lot of things about this conversation, but mainly the fact that she talked about the other side of plant medicine. It's important to be very mindful about making a choice that not everybody is ready to deal with what may come with it.
