I have been listening to this for 6+ months already. My overall healh is good. Whats mind blowing to me is before i always had to wear a knee and arm brace when i play baskeball and im 42 years old. Now i dont have to wear anything and im out there playing like im 22! I feel regenerated or something ..this is amazing❤

I listened to this last night for 55 minutes before I went to bed. I slept so well, and didn't wake up with an aching neck. My knees have hurt me for 5 years ever since surgery and a car wreck. They were not hurting this morning when I got out of bed. I also noticed my sinuses were clear and I normally wake up with a stuffy sinus. This is miraculous. I've always hated to take medicines, even aspirin are so acidic to my system. This will be getting replay from me.

I rarely comment on these videos, this one however is nothing short of amazing! I’ve been listening to this for a week or so now, so much more energy! I am 43 and had been in gradual acceptance of ‘getting older’ I had become resigned to just settling in to the pains and lack of energy that age brings for the past several years.. I thought I would give this a go, one week in and I feel more alive than I have since my early 20’s.. I have a great increase in energy levels, I don’t feel the need to rest as often nor do I feel sluggish!! I have noticed that my skin is also looking younger and clearer, I ‘look’ younger!! This definitely works!!

This is something I will try. I believe we can "tell" Our body to do things. I think it's just a case of focusing and tuning in. It helps to know some anatomy and how our systems work. I looked it up online regarding bone marrow and sure Enough it is primarily found in the sternum, vertebrae, iliac bones and ribs and where stem cells are found. Chondrocytes are for cartilage generation, osteoblasts for bone formation, adipocytes and myocytes for muscle, endothelial cells, fibroblasts. I would look things up, take a look at diagrams.. This can help give a visualization. I am going to tell my bone marrow to send some stem cells especially chondrocytes over to my hip joint where I have arthritis and I'm having some issues in that area. I listened to this video and fell asleep for an hour or so. I woke up and I felt more relaxed after so that's always a plus. I have a chronic pain so it may take time to notice a difference. I'm definitely going to listen to this one again.

@@IdolEyes84 I will try it again today and update you all, it has been so long since I did it UPDATE : I listened to this before sleep and with a clear mind. During the session l feel the vibrations through my face and it feels as if they are pulling my face upwards. While having these tingles all over my face I visualize the dark eye circles going away and last night my fines lines being filled up. I woke up with light under eyes and way less fine lines. If you do this for 1 week or 2 consistently you should see clear results. Upon waking up really acknowledge and recognize the positive changes in your appearance. There is a change in my movement. Before I found myself very hard to move around, but now I feel very loose in my body and freely in every movement. Its feels that I' m free. I dont usually leave comments to subliminals but god damn this has to be the best acne treatment ever...When i went to sleep last night i had medium sized pimples(im going through acne treatment atm) and applied my acne cream, put this subliminal and fell asleep. I woke up my skin was almost flat. Acne just got wayyyy smaller than it was(seeing in the mirror i can see that my skin is almost smooth but with acne scars). Im really confident that if i listen for a few more days this will make my acne vanish completely, then i will listen to it so my scars go away too cuz im 16 years old and my dermatologist told me that im still in an age that i can treat my scars maybe not completely but to a huge degree. My experience ... I had decided to take a nap 😴 even though it was early. My day yesterday was hectic and had been up since 5:30 am. I took a 🚿 shower 🧼 . And did my morning chores when finished I felt sleepy and a little tired 😓. So I laid down and put my phone on this video as I waited for it to load I fell asleep but then when I woke up all my body especially in my area somewhere I had had some trauma a real bad accident I could say my head my arms all the way to the tips of my fingers my shoulders my back everything I could say my brain everything was throbbing like with movement from the inside from the deepest of the tissue inside and I realize this feeling I opened my eyes I didn’t move I stayed still and I was amazed with the feelings inside to me and this video was still going and I could hear or listen with the tune but that the inside of me was pulsating my brain on my tissue in my body specially in my upper body where is where I have that trauma this is incredible God bless the people that do this this is my experienceBy the way I woke up in two hours had passed. @@dongrindell2120 That is a great thought, but when I sing to the Sun and watch the sky at the same time (you don't have to be watching the Sun or sky btw, you can do it inside too, and the only reason I know this is because I have been doing this every moment possible for the last, nearly four years) you will physically see the changes in the clouds. More often than not they will clear, but sometimes they build and rain. You can tell it's the singing because they change back when you stop. I know it sounds crazy, so all I can say it try and see for yourself. Thank you for your positive thoughts. With light and love always🎵🌞💖

I had severe pain with an ankle sprain and went to urgent care, xray, No fracture; it was wrapped and braced, had the pain for 2 weeks, could not relieve it, it was getting worse Listened to this for 20 minutes before bed, bam!
