So I had another appointment about my BRCA2 stuff this week and here's how it went/what comes next. I always have a pack of those bagels in my freezer. I get them from Whole Foods and as much as I whinged at the price the first time they are worth every single penny.

I asked my stylist today about the impacted hair and she told me that barbers can inhale a lot of hair due to dry cutting. I think you cut Mark’s hair when wet though.

Sourdough is natural yeast so those breads definitely aren't yeast-free. They're just manufactured yeast-free.

Enjoyed your video. Hope you get answers about your operation etc v soon. Difficult decision make. Iv preordered your book and have the other 2 already, all ordered from Amazon, great recipes adapted to everyones allergy needs. I just have to convert them to the right temperature using my gas cooker. Which I have to look up each time. Great prize to win.
