Healthcare during the Anthropocene era 

Dr. Bhavini Gohel presents “Healthcare during the Anthropocene era” as part of the Grand Rounds Seminar Series on May 14, 2024 in Calgary, Alberta.
About the Speaker:
Dr Bhavini Gohel is a Clinical Assistant professor at the University of Calgary's Cumming School of Medicine. She is the Section Chief for Medical Inpatients in the Calgary zone, and has held numerous leadership positions within and outside AHS. She has received funding to support an environmental sustainability pilot at South Health Campus in collaboration with the Centre of Sustainable Healthcare in the UK. Outside of AHS, she is a Global Health Practitioner and is the co-founder and director of Grassroots, which has projects in India and Pakistan. She is completing her Master’s in Global Health Leadership at Said Business School, Oxford University, where she has won the Directors award.
