I'm a breakfast AND a protein girlie and you guys LOVED my original video where I shared 7 easy healthy breakfasts so we are back with a part 2... PROTEIN EDITION!!

LOVE this as usual! A couple hacks I've learned. Washing fruit in baking soda + water instead of vinegar so it doesn't absorb acidic taste and also is more effective at cleaning pesticides. And soaking oats overnight for quicker cooking and creamier texture the next day! So excited for more of these videos =)
