If you have time to spare, Try making a baked sweet potato using the recipe below! ↓↓ Wrap the rinsed sweet potato in aluminum foil without wiping off the water. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 90 minutes without preheating.
I love a burger with bread too but loved the way this tasted! I also recently went gluten free for gut health reasons and the gf bun options are def not the yummiest😅

The only thing that I have to do is check my pace because I'm a quick runner (5.5/km) so I can do 5k easily, but as soon as I get past that, at that speed, I tank. So during training for longer I will have to check my pace and forcibly slow myself down to about 8/km at least. The music sometimes gets me too hyped. 😅

Only a smoothie for breakfast? Only a salad for lunch? You struggled with an eating disorder… I don’t think you are spreading a good image of eating 😞 I liked your videos before but it anymore. It’s disappointing how obsessed with protein you are and not including enough carbs. You should think about your relationship with food.
