Kerri Hudson oh fun! What flavor did you get? I like exogenous ketones best in my coffee or tea personally but many drink them plain with water too!

Corina Nielsen i chose the coffee flavor and will put it in my coffee in the mornings. Can i add the collagen and MCT oil to it like i always do or is that not recommended?

Kerri Hudson good choice! The coffee flavor is my favorite! And yes, of course you can add the MCT’s and collagen. This is a great option and exactly what I would add 👌🏼

Manuel V. I like unsweetened cashew milk or if I want more fat, I use coconut milk!
