Looks delicious like all your recipes. Is liquid smoke all natural though? I didn’t think it was but what do i know lol - I need to find your recipe for the mayo-
That's a great question. I believe it depends on the brand. Here is an answer from AI... Yes, liquid smoke is generally considered all-natural. It's produced by burning wood and then capturing the condensed smoke. This process results in a concentrated liquid with a smoky flavor. However, it's important to note that not all liquid smoke products are created equal. Some brands may add additional ingredients or preservatives, so it's always a good idea to check the label. If you're looking for a truly pure product, look for liquid smoke with only "smoke" or "wood smoke" listed as the ingredient.
Looks so yummy!!! I don't really remember seeing liquid smoke here in P.R. (we dont have all cool variatey shown here in tic toc) Molases, im not sure. Is that really sweet? Cant do TOO much sugar. I buy BBQ SAUCE SUGAR FREE. Have any subs for these two items or at least the liquid smoke? Almost eveyone here cooks the same thing becuse of ower culture. I worked for a millioner once and had the blessing to taste all kinds of foods I never had before. IT WAS AMAZING!!! But here, I guess in low and med. class, it wouldn't sell. THANK YOU FOR SHARING ❤❤❤😂
Thank you! You could omit the liquid smoke, or add 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce to get a smokier flavor. You can taste the sauce before you begin to simmer it and adjust as needed. You could also add a little more molasses to deepen the flavor. Hope this helps :)
I'm so sorry I forgot to add the link! It's in the video description now :) And here it is, gentletummy.com/healthy-honey-barbecue-sauce-recipe/. I hope you enjoy making this! Please let me know how it turns out :)
