Your meal prep recipes have changed our lives!!! Less take out because my family looks forward to these amazing meals! Not to mention I’m much happier because they are not only full of flavor but packed full of the nutrition our bodies need.
Hi Kayla, your recipes helped me a lot in these 3 weeks, l work between 4pm and 6 pm, sometimes l return at 18.30 or 19.00,l always prepare my dinner before work but because of my long covid (it sucks ) l don't have that energy, also l gained 3 kgs, so much for me because l am really really tiny, it directly adds one size to me, l prepared food for 3 days each time, with soup and salad it helped me a lot, l lost those 3 kilos and l can fit in my pants again, also being planned prevents from hunger attacks and eat pastas at 8 pm😂 l sent your videos to our long covid page, thanks, congrats for the engagement.

I love burger salads! I wanted to make one the other day, but I didn’t know how to make the dressing clean. This definitely came in handy! I normally use the butterball sweet onion turkey burger patties & crumble them up.
We made your loaded burger salad for dinner last night and oh my goodness it was so delicious!!! It was a hit! :) I added a little Worcestershire to the meat and some lentils to make it stretch further. Also added some zucchini to the salad to fill it out. We are very hungry around here ! :) thank you for sharing your recipes with us!! :)
Been loving watching your meal prep, Do you have an actual cookbook with your meal prep recipes as I don't have a way to print off the recipes,thankyou for sharing all your healthy recipes.
I admire all the work you put into being healthy and beautiful which you are plus you must really like to cook. I made your turkey hash this morning and that was a lot of chopping for me. There was enough for two of us for six meals and it was filling and delicious. Don't know if I'm dedicated enough to do this every day. Next will be Korean bowl then after that one of your salmon recipes. Also have ingreds for the smoothie made with mango, pineapple, I forget what else but I'm taking the easy route - chopped and frozen is ok with me. Including todays menu plus the two other recipes I'll try, that will be 18 meals. I like it already.
I have really gotten away from my clean eating and I can feel the difference in my body. Thanks for the video. I am going to get back on my track with your recipes.

What is a typical day in your working life like when not doing RU-vid? Would you say your job is sustainable or do you have to do slot of other jobs to make this job work? Generally curious, thanks!

Hey Kayla! This meal plan looks delicious, I can't wait to get on that burger recipe and I love how each recipe was separated. Is there a way to do this for the other meal plans? It's so hard to import or save individual recipes and mix and match to create my own plan!

Do you have any dressing recommendations other than Thousand Island or mayo- based? Those gross me out, but your recipes look awesome and I want to adapt! Can you recommend a vinegar-based dressing for your salmon salad and buffalo chicken salads?

Do you have a substitution for avocado Mayo, or avocado itself? I'm allergic to avocado. Whenever you use avocado oil for cooking I substitute it for coconut oil, but I don't know what to substitute it when it comes to Mayo or the fruit itself.
Is your pressure cooker a Ninja Foodi? It's not listed in the description box. I love your recipes. I just developed gout and I think they would be good for that.
Weird request but can you do a video/meal prep for “fertility” foods? My husband and I tried for a year to have a baby. We finally got pregnant but then I had a miscarriage and we are trying again. I know healthy eating in general is a good rule of thumb but I figured you might have some tricks and tips for promoting fertility. Thanks and keep up the great work! I just love you!
