I was lost until I found this. I listened and found myself in my mums garden again the place were true love was always there, I was a little girl again, and then I saw myself as an adult i embraced the little girl and the adult, i had let the world and time encase me in self doubt and negativity, i found this and sat still closed my eyes and embraced the love my heart had to share i broke down the walls and thickets to embrace the garden and my heart. Thank you . I shall always listern to ur vids and my heart from now on. Love and light to u.x

Thank you, amazing! I didn’t think my heart would speak but it did. It felt so heavy and burdened like a ton of bricks was on it. It reminded me of the crucible when the one guy said “more weight” when they were persecuting him. I saw that image from the movie. I have been sacrificing my heart for so long. My heart has been holding so much my entire life so that I wouldn’t become like my abusers. My heart is so strong to hold all of this and still be able to be kind and loving and not hate my enemies. My heart showed me some of the things I’ve forgotten about because I hurried it away there. The color I saw was a not so good green at first mixed with black. The green was trying to shine through the cracks of the crust or shield built around it so it looked like different rays shinning out. Later in the meditation the green turned to sea foam. I remembered as a child how I would lie and make up stories to seem more loved. My mom did something special for me or my family which completely forgot about me. I have huge families on both sides but my moms side they never knew me much because my grandmother is a narc and my mom is the black sheep. My mom has a lot of narc tendencies too because she was raised by such a malignant one. My mom put what people thought over my safety and well being. I don’t blame her because she worked to provide and thought she was doing great because her mom took the little money they had and spent it on nails, hair and clothes to look good. They had to steal to eat and my mom was the oldest. She worked since she was 9 and never stopped. My father came around when he wanted and never connected to me. I was a good kid who always thought about everyone else’s well being and comfort over my own. No surprise I married a narc who was abusive and he ended up abusing our children. I’m dealing with DCFS right now and they just want to reunify with dad although dad continues to bully us, lie and just be horrible in general. I think I have to be everything to everyone and pay my way to be loved. My heart let me know that God/Jesus paid my way with his blood and persecution so I wouldn’t have to. My heart said I was loved and watched over my entire life even when I didn’t know it or feel it. My heart said to let go of my battles and fight this new battle of the self. I have an orphan complex. My family doesn’t feel like family. I’m not connected truly to anyone. I always feel alone and abandoned and vulnerable. I pretend I’m cared about and exaggerate my importance to people since there is really no one who cares about me. I started standing up last week and realized how my own kids are pissed that I’m setting boundaries. They have no empathy for me, my mother didn’t either but now she is trying or pretending to I’m not sure. This is the year I defeat the narc energy, I know it! I have to love myself fully and completely. Thank you for helping us to heal and release pain. I appreciate you so much!

Hello Sarah, your videos have helped me and my mom so much. (she is a health care worker), she absolutely loved the 4 angels guided meditation. If you are open to submissions i was wondering if you could make an angel meditation that we can listen to at any time, not just while falling asleep. Through the COVID crisis me and my family definitely need angels around the clock. They fight so hard at work everyday. Being a 17 y/o that suffers from severe anxiety these are a blessing. thank you, felt guided to this one today after 1 week of listening to dissolve in light and about 3/4 way through today i had a big profound release of blockage and an incredible expansive awareness of my inner heart feeling it connect to whole universe a little daunting at first but learnt why, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed. could you do a longer exploration heart centre session to float about explore invite in benevolent extra terrestrials (blue ones im working with at the moment). big hugs much love and have a wonderful festive time with family and friends x
