i have crohns disease and decided to get Gut and Digestion to help while doing the carnivore diet and it has helped me a lot. I barely have any stomach problems anymore since I started this diet and using this supplement.

@@Fragrant_Digits no i dont take those anymore. I do just fine eating only meat. I stopped doing supplements just a waste of money if u ask me.

The cotton is to keep the capsules packed tightly in the jar. Nothing to do with moisture. Coming from a pharmacy technician.

@@DadReviews yes. It is especially helpful for tablets that can break apart during shipping if not packed with cotton. But all heart & soil supplements are capsules to my knowledge.

I feel so good when I take these. I still take them and we've bought more. I have some more videos coming soon. Read Paul's book if you get a chance. It's very thorough.

Great product but I wish it wasn't Halal certified. Every american and christian should look up what halal certified means. Beef, organs and beef liver are incredible and I've seen great results. But I will be taking my business to another great product. That doesn't do anything in accordance with allah.
