I’m missing new music but I’m quite enjoying this cooking series. Felt really guilty eating chicken while watching though. Would love to see a Gabrielle Aplin cookbook maybe vegan recipes for idiots then I might manage to cook something edible.
god i love you so much for this series, g. it’s really nice to hear your voice and see your personality shine through on these. i’ve always struggled to make a Good battered cauliflower, so hopefully yours will turn out nicely the next time im invited to one of my friends’ vegan friendly parties

These look so delicious! Husband and I are transitioning over to pescatarian, and he was just today wanting to find some more recipes with no meat. I'm definitely having him try these out!
That's something I've noticed with all the recipes so far, you can replace the main parts with something else if you don't want or like what's shown. One recipe can lead to many variants.
This is amazing!!! You should do a Masala Dosa recipe (it's a rice-lentil crepe with spiced potato stuffing). It is one of my favorite things to make at the restaurant I help at for our vegan friends. And also, I hope you do another US tour. I missed the last one due to work despite having tickets :(
