I must say I have watch the hills religiously and Heidi was perfect before the drastic surgery. Here we have a young woman with great young skin that most women twice her age wish they had and work really hard to maintain young youthful looking skin. I am 38 and I know I have to moisturize my skin each day and take good care of it. I think this is one of those cases where the saying is perfect ( if it aint broke dont try to fix it). I must say her hubby said he liked her the way she was.

She was pretty before & she's pretty now. Since this interview she has said she regrets the surgeries. As you age, you do gain wisdom.

I think she looked pretty then and now. Why be so mean to her? You don't live her life, you don't know what she could be going through. Please just be nicer to everyone in general. If you don't have anything nice to say then just don't say anything at all. :)

In my opinion, Heidi is in the right frame of mind. Beauty is the only thing that matters in life!!! If your ugly, sorry, but there probably isn't going to be many options out there for ya! My advice to you, just deal with it! xD

i love her i used to watch the hills and say she is so pretty! but now i dont look at her and say she is pretty i think in 20 years she is going to look delapatated!

Nope, she is seriously messed up in the head. She needs lots of therapy.She didnt get enough love as a kid from her broken crazy family. We see the results of that here and in her co-dependent relationship with spencer.

I think that doctor did it for the money which was irresponsible on his part both morally, ethically, and medicinally. The other doctor is right no procedure is supposed to go longer than six hours. All that on one day was just onsurd and stupid

she does look different she looks good but not as good as be fore, I think image is everything in hollywood but to make changes that didnt need it seems wasteful and tragic, because woman young as heidi go under the knife and mess themselves up altering what GOD has made perfect just for them.I must say she was pretty before all the unneed surgey. I like her and i am not passing judgement, but I wonder what does her family think: mother, sister, stepdad and others.
