This is happening in many fields not just health. People given powers over actual academics with degrees and having titles and pay to match which allows them to ‘guide’ and advise the qualified professionals. They are usually called officers or managers with no real qualifications or experience in the field they have been given job titles in the name of equity, equality and diversity. It’s disgusting and fully funded by government.

My daughter is in primary school and will go into secondary school this year. She's pretty obviously autistic in some way but it will take at least 2 years to see someone to get the ball rolling...then there's this stuff

Did those NHS guys say that the average age of menarche is 9? No, no it isnt. Puberty is starting earlier over all, but the average age of menarche is still 12.4 as it roughly ends about the same time. Basically it lasts longer. Do they not know, or are they trying to justify doing this to a nine year old? Puberty may start around 9 now....that's not menarche.
