Spent $1400 of that Helium BS in 2021 for two devices and didn't even receive the units for 18 months. One never shipped... Helium blamed others but by the time I received my one "miner" it made $0.07USD a month. Even had some family that wanted in on the hype and they never received their devices either, very embracing. We don't talk about crypto anymore. I still mine on real equipment running real work. Helium is just data collection and the prices will not grow faster than the price of gold or silver alone.
Hi there. I agree, back in 2021 with Helium IoT devices it really went crazy with hundreds of thousands of people ordering devices at the same time. Causing it to create a bottleneck for all who were "late to the party". This video is about "Helium Mobile" a completely new part of Helium were they offer a phone plan that mostly run using traditional cellular providers like AT&T and T-mobile. However, the Helium Mobile community are able to put up wifi hotspots that can offload data by/through AT&T and T-mobile earning hotspot users because of that. And Helium Mobile are able to provide this phone plan to anyone for only $20 per month. And their subscribers just using their phone plan are growing at an incredible rate mainly due to it being such a cheap phone plan. As I mention in the video, since Helium Mobile's phone plan users are growing at this rate, I think there is a chance this can create the same kind of hype it did back in 2021. Now since this have just started picking up speed, I am simply giving my viewers the heads-up with information in this video so that they have the ability to perhaps join and be early before a potential upcoming hype. Those who were early in the Helium IoT craze made thousands of dollars with cheap devices. Right now, people are able to order and get a Helium Mobile hotspot within 1 month. But this goes for all "opportunities, investments" that they come and go. As an example. Not everyone can buy a stock before it increases. It's mostly the ones who bought it early that benefit from it the most. The ones getting in latest will not make as much of a profit or even make a loss. With this video I am simply providing info that this new aspect of Helium, going after phone plans, can become a really big thing. And then people can decide for themselves if they would like to get involved or not. But without seeing this info, most viewers would not be aware of Helium Mobile or their new network growing at all. The big take-away from comparing Helium's IoT network (which is btw still up and running and earning people) and Helium Mobile, is that Helium Mobile is providing people with a phone plan that benefits people in their day-to-day life. And at a cheaper cost compared to their cellular providing competitors. Just that I think is enough for Helium Mobile to have the potential to grow a lot. My general feeling for "hype cycles" is that, when the hype have grown so much that people are starting to recommend their everyday friends/family/co-workers, that usually signals the end of a hype cycle. Like any investment, it’s all about timing. If you didn’t make money with Helium in the last bull market then you got in too late. Also, the time to get into these projects is during a bear market when nobody wants it. I got into Helium Mobile in the depths of the bear market and boy has it paid off

Thank you for you comment! This only works in US, Mexico and Puerto Rico at the moment. But I believe they are always looking to expand to other parts of the world. If/when that will happen we don't know.
It will provide to anyone. It will show up as a public wifi. When you log into it. It asks for a email address and you can just put what ever. It does not verify the email address at least not at this time.
No. Back in 2020/2021 Helium only had their Helium IoT network (that is still up and running and growing). For the IoT network people use Helium IoT devices to provide IoT coverage. In this video we are looking at Helium Mobile which is a new part of the Helium ecosystem that is about cellular phone plans and wifi. For this wifi network people use Helium Mobile Hotspots. These hotspot devices provide wifi coverage.
It's only a matter of time before they're in the UK. If you follow them closely you would know they're in the talks of internationally expanding. With talks already about Asia like they did with mexico
Yes, with Helium Mobile wifi coverage we want to spread out the wifi coverage to public places were there are people that can benefit from that wifi coverage. But we don't want "overlapped wifi coverage". With the outdoor hotspots only 3 hotspots are able to be rewarded (in one rewarding aspect) for coverage of the same area. I'm guessing you are not aware that Helium have created "Helium Mobile" that run a phone plan network and offer phone plan subscriptions that is currently being utilized by AT&T and T-mobile in the US? Helium's big focus is not any longer on IoT like it was in 2020/2021. This is a completely different network. Don't worry, these are the most common questions I get on Helium these days as most people are not aware of "Helium Mobile". And this aspect is actually growing like crazy and seeing hundreds of thousands of people using their phone plan, I believe mostly due to it being cheap ($20/month). And since they are partnered with some of the worlds biggest traditional phone cellular plan providers, it's looking really good for them & think they will grow a lot.
