Hell Hole Gorge National Park is a newly opened park 1100km's drive west of Brisbane, in outback Queensland's arid Mulga lands. The town of Adavale is the gateway to visit Hell Hole Gorge which is 70km away from the parks entrance.
The threatened Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby among many other animals live in the gorge surrounds. A great place for bush walking and exploring. I visit Spencers waterhole, Hell Hole waterhole and Hell Hole gorge, as well as a short look at the township of Adavale.
