I don't understand how they can be releasing weapons that make no sense...the smg does more damage per round, has a bigger clip and less recoil than the assault rifle, while also stunning enemies and is one handed! Assault rifles need a significant buff.

funny thing is they said the worked with people who knew firearms and it shows they lied. the design on some of the primary weapons makes you question things and then they don't seem to understand ballistics.

​It was a law until not that long ago in Sweden that every ablebodied citizen had to have at least 7 months military and weapons training. Them having experience with ballistics isn't a lie. Almost every employee at that studio has at least 7 months military background, some even more than that. They have that experience whether they wanted to or not. ​@@OPgamingstyle

@@Largentina. Do you know how many people in the U.S. Military or any military in general don't know why guns are designed the way they are and also have no clue about ballistics? Unless it was your job to know (Armorer or similar or some kind of trainer who specialized in teaching terminal ballistics) then it's likely you were told something and didn't need to remember it so you didn't. Ask most grunts in any modern military about the differences between certain rounds or the same rounds with minor differences between them and unless they are gun nerds they likely won't know the science behind it. Let me ask you though... Looking at the newest AR as an example. Where the hell does the bolt go? There is so little room between the end of the stock and the ejection port that it would have to jam into your shoulder if it functioned properly. That is unless the bullet is smaller or shorter. But the description says it's a larger caliber. I guess you could argue the round itself is thicker and shorter to make the bolt cycle without sticking out the end of the stock. Oh but that would mean that there would be more recoil! Except it has the least recoil out of the bunch. Well there could be some sort of recoil dampener! No there's not enough room though. So which weapons expert worked on it exactly? That's just one gun and not all of them are offenders but to say "their default military training" was enough to make then experts is just not true. Sorry for the wall though. I doubt you'll read it all and it's understandable.

The motivational shock takes the slow from 5 seconds down to 2. Once you get slowed, just dive, and then once you're back up you'll be running again.

I think muscle enhancement alone is enough, combining the 2 is kind of a waste. Doesn’t add up to be enough, and better use of muscle enhancement + other booster than the new shocks alone

I think the biggest disappointment for me is the fact the armor sets don't help at all in the cold. Like, this is the POLAR PATRIOTS warbond. I would imagine the armor for PATRIOTS who fight in POLAR CLIMATES would be like something. idk, no sliding on ice, no slow down through thick snow, maybe a helmet in the future could give a buff to being able to see in better in blizzards. Just, idk I feel like it's a missed opportunity And I know that like, that'd be a very specific armor buff. But to me, personally. I don't see hyper specific armor buffs to be a bad thing. Every armor in the free warbond is usable for general use, and even going into the other warbonds they offer incredibly versatile buffs too. Having a few armor sets that help in very specific environments wouldn't be a bad thing imo. Especially because a certain socialist robot planet is a snow planet heheheheh

I completely see the logic, but because not all worlds are available all the time, this does mean that there's a chance you spend real money on something that gives you zero value some of the time. Which would be a real shame. You might also feel obliged to use it on snow planets 100% of the time when they are available, thus actively reducing your options.

"increased stopping power" Even though the starting rifle is better in every way besides maybe physical design? They should make the penetrator anti heavy armor and the new assault rifle anti medium armor. Their balancing team should be studied on how it's humanly possible that they are so out of touch.

Eh. High Caliber =/= Armor Penetration. You can have large heavy bullets with a lot of kinetic force that are crap at armor penetration (e.g. .45 ACP of the Colt 1911 pistol), and smaller lighter bullets with absurd velocities are are purpose built to penetrate armor (e.g. 5.7x28mm of the FN P90 PDW). The weapon does for sure need a rework. Pre Liberator buff, it would have had a place as the higher damage alterative. But now? It desperately needs more damage and/or some other mechanic (armor penetration, stagger, etc.) to make it stand out from the Liberator and its Concussive/Penetrator variants.

@@Evolution_Kills True but you know the massive difference? if I shot a 50 Beowulf at you which is a higher caliber than 7.62 and 5.56 it's gonna pen things or do more damage to the armor than a 5.56 and 7.62. Same with even a 7.62x54 will have better pen than a 7.62x39.

Why is this called the polar patriot warbond? Nothing has a freeze effect. The grenade should have been a cryo version, there should have been a liquid nitrogen version of the flamethrower so that you can shatter things. Cryo mines, cryo turret. Polar makes me think cold. Where’s the cold?

@@kingcrab7837 Well there are other planets; so maybe use the cold weapons there? Then again cold in cold could be quite effective too; just speed up the freezing time (kinda like how cold helps cool the laser weapons but instead it just would assist in freezing things faster.). Also the armors in this set should have had some cold resistance and allow the wearer to traverse ice without sliding.

@NoUniqueUsername yeah fair enough the whole set just seems bad. I think it's silly to pump out so much updates if they aren't going in any interesting direction. The last two warbonds didn't even have unique armour buffs. And it's pretty obvious they could've made a simple upgrade like reduce the effect of snow and blizzards. Because then whenever you travel to an icy planet I can put on my snow shoes I hope they slow down and realise that quality is better then quantity

the pummeler is amazing if yoy run it with laser cannon or arc thrower. You can main use arc and laser and if theu get on you switch to pummeler and run away. its a get out of jail free card for stalkers.

I think they might be worried about releasing some overpowered or just outright slightly better weapons and being accused of being pay to win. With how you can absolutely grind your way to a free war bond, i think they dont need to worry about that.

The thing is, they need to bring in the money. Especially after they went up against Sony, Sony will 100% expect them to bring in the profit, beyond just covering operational costs. And if warbonds are like this, where nothing in them is worthwhile, then a LOT less people will hurry it up and just pay for the unlock. Them bringing warbonds with really underwhelming weapons and boosters is just not viable financially. And in this particular warbond... the Pummeler seems alright, everything else is straight up filler garbage. I could buy it for $10, but... why would I waste my money on that, when I literally have no intention to use pretty much any of those weapons?

@@johsmith2481 That's literally pay to win... you have to grind quite a lot to get 1000 SC. I never paid for a warbond so far but I also have 200 hours clocked. That's close to addiction level gaming. A guy who wants to kill some bugs in that 1 hour or half hour after their kids went to bed would have to grind 3-4 month to get enough for one warbond, while 3-4 more are released. Your original post fits the narrative, they do not want OP MEta weapons in their warbonds so far. Sony already got 900% more money than they expected from the game. The problem is that hardcore gamers hate pay to win but want to pay for the best weapons to feel super OP. But sorry to say bro, a level 90 Galactic Commander has currently the same equipment as a level 20 sergeant. And that's fine.

Well yeah, but if the weapons suck eggs and the armor is just a fancy recolor of an existing set, what's the point in spending $10 on a game I already spent nearly $60 for? There's no incentive whatsoever for me to buy this. Doubly so if the weapons are good, because then Arrowhead will just nerf them into paste. Like, for $12, you can go sign up for Humble Choice and get Yakuza Like a Dragon and Hi-Fi Rush.

I feel like the developers have no idea how real guns operate and just come up with random stats. How could the tenderizer, which is classified as a high caliber assault rifle with more stopping power have the same armor penetration and damage as the standard/1st assault rifle in the game, yet has less recoil? Higher caliber guns have higher recoil. They also have higher damage and higher armor penetration. all these developers need to do is hire one person that has knowledge about guns, make them in charge of balancing the weapons, and this game will become unbelievably fun overnight.

I think the Tenderizer also only gets back 5 mags when you use a resupply box as well, and 2 from an ammo container you find around the map. It's almost like its from a build prior to the last balancing patch. It also doesn't have the "stopping power" that is promised by using a higher caliber round that led to it having a smaller magazine size. I interpreted stopping power as stagger. As you say, the default starting Liberator is slightly better than it. It's sad, really.

The reason stated was that it could appear tone deaf to release a paid warbond right after the Sony incident. If they'd said hey these weapons aren't very good should we take more time to tweak em? the results would have been different.

i think the tenderizer would be neat if it had super high damage, like 80 - 100 but it still only had that light armor penetrating and a bigger mag, so if you get past that armor you can really chew enemies up, think it would make it more interesting and give it more of a niche. would also make it really good against chaff

So this is just a theory about the underwhelmingly power state of these weapons and the big amount of nerfs to others in previous patches: I heard from Helldivers 1 players that there was kinda of a prestige/mastery system for each weapons in H1 that improved their stats depending on how many enemies you've killed with said weapons. (I might be wrong with this) Maybe that devs are working on a system like that for H2 where you maybe have to reach a certain amount of kills with each weapons and/or pay req slips and/or samples to upgrade their stats? which is something that will encourage players to pick a weapon that they like dispite its power and grind to make it better? That could give slips and samples a new purpose and make players feel rewarded for mastery certain weapons and builds. I personally would love something like that. Keep up the good work btw

The way it worked in Helldivers 1 was the samples. You collected samples each mission with harder missions having more samples and you spent the samples on upgrading the weapons and strategems. This allowed you to specialize your loadout when first starting out and gave you more overall progression in the long run. Think they replaced that though with the Blanket Ship Upgrades that only slightly buff multiple things in Helldivers 2. I'd love to be wrong and hope they do add upgrades for individual weapons and strategems but I'm pressing X to doubt seeing as they're being forced to spend so much development time on Warbonds, Warbonds they're pushing out half-baked and underdeveloped.

has nothing to do with prestige/mastery or being linked to kills. u pick up 10 samples and it gives u a research point. u can use the research point to upgrade a weapon along a specific tree or to upgrade stratagems, also along a specific tree. for example, the sickle had upgrades which increased the heat capacity and the EAT had an upgrade that gave it an aim laser.

I’m a Hd1 vet and unfortunately I doubt that system will come into Hd2 in any meaningful capacity. The upgrades were cool things like making the gun ap, adding stun round, bayonets etc. and gave a reason to stick with a weapon you liked. For some reason they decided to gut that system and add these upgrades as their own weapon so upgrades if they did add it in hd2 would be things like different sights and maybe mag types at best. Honestly it seems like they got rid of the system just so they can advertise them as “new weapons” without having to make them meaningfully different. Hopefully I’m wrong tho.

I get they are pushing a lot of content out but there’s something wrong internally if they continually push out patches and new content that is CLEARLY untested and not ready for release. This is not a small indie game anymore. This is a big project with a big playerbase. They need to clean this up.

1 month does teeter on excessive tho I think the classic 3 month battle pass in a lot of games is too long. I think Arrowhead should do a bimonthly basis. Release a new war bond every 2 months with more quality content and maybe 1-2 more additional pages.

@@leonc9760Absolutely not, it would basically be a primary variant of the stalwart at that point (much lower mag size in return for much faster reloads). Burst mode already makes it decently viable, it does need a buff but not that heavy of a buff.

whoever is in charge of weapons is massively failing. This type of game has opportunity for power swords, melee weapons, grapple hooks, mini guns, etc and they come out with shitty run of the mill assault rifles any college kid could do for a final. Signed a 3d modeler who works in the industry.

I found that the revolver has really good synergy with the Pummeler SMG. You can just stun medium armored enemies like Hive Guards then pull out the revolver and unload on the stunned enemies where they would die in about three shots to the head. It take a little more time for Brood Commanders but is still really effective. Thanks to the speed loader on the revolver you can easily stun and reload. Coupled with the fact that you can run away at max speed and still hip fire full auto with near perfect accuracy means you could kite almost all bugs even in heavy armor and stop headless bug charges. I initially thought the load out and the play style I thought off would be pretty niche and situational. But found that in Helldive difficulty, it turned out to be so effective, I was using it all the time. And it was really fun and satisfying doing so.

So you dont need to waste your whole load out just to be able to kinda-sorta maybe kill medium armored enemies xD Dont try to justify arrowhead releasing guns so shit, that you need to bring ANOTHER GUN with it, to actually being able to kill anything.

@@_Lunaria Well, yes some weapons could do that. Penetrator and the different Breaker shot guns for example. But that's not the point really. This is more of an active playstyle where you could switch up mid fight as a strategy for change instead of just using one and only one gun though out the mission. And besides, the Pummeler is still good even with out the revolver. If you wanted to just take the Pummeler and the grenade pistol for utility, it's completely viable. Also I never justified Arrowhead to release bad guns. This is just something to break up the usual take one and go deal. But that's just opinion really, you play how you like and there really is no wrong way as long as you have fun right?

To me, it seems like a very smart move for them to design the weapons underpowered in this warbond. They must have clearly learned something. Because the community cannot handle rebalances when power is taken out of things that are obviously too powerful, then it is a much better move to desing something underwhelming and rebalance it once they see how it interacts with the playerbase. It is impossible to hit it right the first time. I love the eruptor design... since it came out. BUT I hated how bad it was for the game. Because it was able to do everything... I think it is much better balanced now. I still think it is a little too good - because low mag size is not that much of a problem with a weapon that is used at a far... I think it should maybe still have its explosion radius reduced a little (which in turn would mean that the crossbow would become more valuable as a crowd-control explosion weapon). The idea that things "don't have to be balanced in a PVE game" is ridiculous. If the eruptor was kept too powerful. The internet would be flooded with Drake memes of the new warbond weapons each time they released a new warbond... drake rejecting "the new weapons" and liking "the eruptor"... which would force the devs into developing more powerful weapons in new warbonds. And then make the previous weapons more powerful. And as a result, make the game easier... And the game does not need to be easier!

If warbonds come with downgrades and at best, sidegrades, a lot less people will be in a hurry to shell out money for those warbonds, which is financially not sustainable. Powercreep in live service games is not a bug, it's a necessary feature. Of course the speed of powercreep matters and when you have super strong weapons to start with, it will be a lot faster, but it will happen anyway. For me, personally, I still have other things to buy in the older warbonds and I see no reason to even bother unlocking this new one, as practically nothing in here looks likea direct upgrade to anything I already have. The Pummeler seems okay, the rest is pure garbage.

Not a heavy hitting weapon... but a super accurate assault rifle... the standard assault rifle has 50% more recail than the tenderizer... so for mobile gameplay it is great! I get that the description says that it should be a heavy hitter... and it clearly is not... but it is generally a useful weapon that suports a specific playstyle. Don't trust all the youtubers... most of them just reitterate the same stuff...

The quasar was fun before they gutted it. Now the game is not that fun with the mass amount of dogwater weapons. All they had to do was remove the eruptor's ability to seal bug holes if they thought it was overpowered.

yeah whatever they did in the last patch made a two person 7 feel like a helldive on steroids, with the kills to match. Easily >600 bugs without even looking for fights, buggers just kept spawning, even if there wasn't a breach it took about 5 seconds before another patrol was up our ass. I was doing helldives last week barely bagging 300 bugs with four people 100%ing maps

Right now, we should all have ~5 new guns were raving about and we should be hyped for the incoming Illuminate faction. Instead, we are reeling from the Sony incident and getting Warbonds where on average half of it feels unusable. I love this game but they need to reconsider the current design philosophy or people will stop being excited for new content, and then the game will die.

from my experience with the new booster, i've been able to make a good amount of use of it, specifically against hunter packs and "mines". a pretty simple way to describe how it works is when i get tongued by a hunter, it takes about two dives to get away to go back into a sprint without it, and a single dive with it

Don't worry. They'll all get balanced out once they nerf the stagger on the pummeler. The tenderizer actually feels good to use handling wise, it's just not able to actually do anything to whatever you're fighting. It's like a dog chasing a car. If it actually catches one, it can't do anything with it. I don't have the plasma... thing yet but generally positive youtubers have used the word "putrid" to describe it. The pistol isn't a bad gun, other stuff just does a lot of things better. It feels fun to pop smaller bugs with but anything heavy is a no-go. The real star was the incendiary impact. I really enjoy it and expect to see fire damage per tic dropped by 1/3 and direct impact damage dropped by half by next Wednesday.

It seems with the booster you get slowed down by acid for maybe 1/2 or 1/3 the normal time amount, whether that actually keeps you alive more times than not, I don't know

Another issue with this is that you can get slowed down again while being slowed so unless you're only getting slowed once and run away, you can still get locked in a slowed state until getting overwhelmed and killed

I think the best way to fix the tenderizer is slow the fire rate slightly to like 580 but then buff the damage to like 70-75. That way it feels unique from the liberator and is more of a heavy hitter.

The AR-61 sounds almost exactly like how the Alternator does in Titanfall2. It's probably with the firing pattern you used that makes it seem like that to me. It's a bit meatier sounding but other than that it's the same. Which is to say it sounds great cause Titanfall 2 gun's all sound amazing to fire. Imma guess they used a similar template or something IDK I don't do sound design.

The medium armor pen, explosive combo is interesting, as if you managed to hit a weak spot with it should do both the 1.7x overpen and the 200% explosion, unsure if all weakspots do that. Will need to test

Tenderizer doesn’t seem much different at first, but that recoil is so smooth it can be used to cleanly go auto on bugs.

A good combo with the Pummeller is running it alongside the Senator. I was playing Solo and had a map where I had a lot of Bile Spewers and no real good way to deal with em as I brought the Recoilless with me, so what I did was I waited for them to rear up to start spewing, pumped a few Pummeller shots into them to guarantee the stun, then switch to the Senator to plant 2-3 shots into the Spewer's face and put it down either before it can recover or before it can spew again. Wasn't perfect, especially when there's multiple, but it is a better option than just dumping mag after mag into its face hoping it dies. You can do something similar to Devastators, pump a few shots into their stomach or arm (somewhere where the shots actually work) and while they're stunned hit them in the face with the Senator, though that will probably be slower than just shooting them in the face with the Pummeller, but it's stylish, especially if your character spins the revolver when you draw it.

@@malfeastial The .357, .44 and .50 AE Desert Eagles can't even penetrate level IIIA soft body armour, so that's false. Perhaps with the right round you might pen IIIA, but not level III or above. The backface deformation on the .50 with the IIIA would hurt though.

At least the Verdict is an actually useful firearm, while the Desert Eagle is a pretty darn bad weapon for anything practical in real life. I don't really know why people kept comparing them to each other anyway, they virtually look nothing alike besides the vague L shape of any pistol.

The booster directly affects how long you remain slowed for. Testing by other youtubers has yielded that it reduces the slow effect from attacks by as much as 80%, and when paired with the Muscle Enhancer booster, it can make you and your team almost entirely immune to said slow effects, with the only slow being the initial hit and then you're back to full speed.

Adding med pen to the Verdict it's a bad idea because the senator would fade out, what it needs, in order to be a viable option, is stagger and reduce magazine cap to 8 so every sidearm as a purpose and a value. This is how they should balance this game, EVERY weapon should be viable!

12:20 It reduces the amount of time your slowed from acid/hunter strikes. The slowing affect normally last for 3-5 seconds but with the booster it's around 1-3 seconds instead

@@EskChan19 Dude what are you talking about? Steel veterans has all four weapons buffed, some multiple times. Cutting edge has 3 out of 4 weapons buffed, and the nerf was just the sickle extra mags. Demolition has one buff, one rebalance and one nerf. Even if you consider both a nerf that 2 weapons nerfed, one buffed and one untouched. We have 8/12 buffed, one untouched and 3 nerfed. Stop with the victim complex.

The pummeler is great. I agree with his whole take on it. I only fought bugs with it but I was able to stunlock spewersso they couldn't spray me. I kept them sitting in the fire and gas until they melted. One last thing about the pummeler that's great is that it has the laser sight. That's going to rock when we get back to bots if you like to run thr ballistic shield I like the impact fire grenade. I was already using thr regular fire grenade, this is a quality of life upgrade to that. I like to run a supply pack so I can afford to spam nades. Setting the countryside of fire does good work against small bugs. They new Senator goes great with those two. It easily pops hive guard and other medium armor bugs. Take EATS or the Quasar and you get a nice well rounded loadout

Thing about the Verdict is that is still does a good job. The senator is mostly used for Devastator heads and Light armored enemies anyways. Verdict doesn't need Medium penetration if you use it like the senator and you get more ammo for slightly less damage.

They need to release “Stabilizer Boots” booster that negate earthquakes and camera shakes when aiming. Would be goated. Also a specifically situational “Claw Boots” or something booster that negates blizzard/sandstorm slowdown affects

I was hoping the Plasma weapon could evoke a 40k Plasma gun, either turning crowds into vapour or blowing holes in heavy units. Atleast then the charge up would be bearable.

The motivational shock thing should instantly nullify a slow effect, give you a short burst of bonus movement speed for like 2-3 seconds, and then go on cooldown for like 15-30 seconds before it can save you again. That would make it super useful, but not OP. Would also actually feel transformative rather than a negligible, barely noticeable number change in the background code.

I wish I could help them balance the weapon sandbox, and make the weapons fun to use. The issues are so obvious and glaring, it’s very frustrating to see the devs keep making the same mistakes over and over again. The flamer is a total tragedy of a weapon, as one example, they slide the damage values around like someone drunk on ice skates lol

I'm pissed, Warbond is a waste of money, they killed my Eruptor 😕 Just give us the Emancipator exo suit, the Flamer exo suit, the anti Tank mines, and the Nuke strategem, then take a break from updates for atleast 3 months. Fix the game, Balance the weapons with fun in mind and set up Dev live streams once a month going forward.

I’m not gonna lie, that slow one felt crazy to look at, it wasn’t too big of a difference but the fact that you got sprayed by that bile titan in the start with it and you were able to sprint again before it caught up fully to smash down is pretty good, since before you would be slowed enough for it to catch up to you and stomp at you causing you either to die or dive out of the way

The booster should be a passive skill that shock you to get rid of the slow debuff and it's on a 3s~5s cd.

Pummeler SMG can also stunlock Chargers if you shoot them in exposed flesh from someone breaking their armor, not only from shooting their butt. Pretty useful if you miss a missile and hit them on the leg, you just stunlock them by shooting them on the exposed leg and they die quick and easy.

Fun fact, the Chargers have a "weak spot" but in reality it's not really a weak spot because it resists 90% of damage, the same applies for bile titans and bile spewers, hence why the tenderizer did jack shit against spewers, although explosive damage negates the resistance and does full damage, and that's why explosive weapons are so good against them

It looks like the benefit of the purifier is the stagger. Like you can lock an enemy down while your team piles fire on them. It's not supposed to stand alone in most cases, I don't think.

The booster only works instantly on single target slows like hunters from what I noticed. It also reduces the show duration of aoes.

Jar and Scythe also really need longer ranged scopes but just are stuck with red dots. I'm fairly confident the purifier is bugged at the moment because the description pre patch included "The longer you can hold your nerve, and the trigger, the bigger the damage." which sure, is flavor text, but that would be unnecessarily misleading if that wasn't the intended case. It's currently like a charge up punisher plasma, which sounds good to me. Just need that clarification/bug fix since it's hard to use and understand if it's not working properly. Overall it's not like the warbond is really that bad, we got two really good options, a fun one in the grenade, and one weapon that needs a bug fix, and... honestly the tenderizer has got to have something weird on the back end going on. Like it can't have medium armor pen because then the Lib-P is completely outclassed. It can't stay at just 60 damage not even because it's identical to the base liberator but that makes it 10 points less damage and 10 less capacity than the SMG Defender with no real upsides. I really thought they were going to go Starship Troopers and give it poke levels of damage but a huge clip to compensate. I would like to see that still though their flavor text suggested they intended it to be a more limited capacity high damage rifle. So I believe it's also just bugged. There are other, hidden stats that make up how damage is calculated and it's possible it's suppose to have a much higher 'durable damage' bonus or hit 'squishy parts' even harder. Considering the texture was bugged and we got a green gun instead of a black one, and yeah there's gotta be something deeper going on with it.

I believe at this point that along with Armor traits, Weapon traits also need to be updated or have more added to make weapons more unique to each other so weapons like the Tenderizer and the Pummeler aren’t objective downgrades or upgrades. I personally would like to see an armor shredding weapon/grenade/strategem that can reduce armor (up to a certain point) where the tier below the can deal either reduced or regular damage to the target hit. Perfect example being the corrosive gas orbital

My friend killed a Bile titan on level 7 with 2-3 of the new impact grenades by hitting it in the belly from almost directly under it. The thing had just spawned and we didn't have any weapons or cool downs able to kill one at the time.

They’ve released almost every weapon under powered, I think it’s fine that the tenderizer is bad. Honestly love a team that’ll constantly tweak the stats so seeing all these weapons actively getting worked on makes the game feel more dynamic. Hyped for what the final product will be for the tenderizer

i think the main selling point of the purifier is the explosive trait it shares with the Plasma Punisher. yes it does 250 damage on direct hit which does put it up there with the dominator, but it absolutely feels more geared towards group clear than other heavier weapons. the medium pen does give it utility against med. armored targets which you can absolutely direct hit.

@@gangsterguardsman4576 well for one, the Purifier has a heck of a lot less projectile drop than the punisher, and more power per shot. yeah you lose some stagger but you cant beat lobbing plasma half way across the map with minimal effort.

The Purifier should be able to fire instantly with a benefit of being able to charge up to 2x the base damage. Increase the time to reach maximum charge (maybe to about 2 seconds) and increase the maximum damage it can do. The base 250 and up to 500 damage at max charge range would be just right considering how slow it is to fire, IMO. And it wouldn't be OP because the Scorcher would still be on par and the Dominator would still outperform it for single target DPS.

I actually really really love the tenderizer. The downside of less damage matters extremely little when it doesnt really change breakpoints. I already bring the amr so heavy armor isnt an issue. The reduced mag capacity is countered by the increased number of mags you bring. And finally, the recoil is super noticeable and nice for headshotting enemies.

After testing out the Tenderizer myself and using the Liberator all week, the difference in recoil is not at all noticeable. Its the Breaker Spray and Prey to the Liberator.

When I used the tenderizer on bots, headshots were very easy to get and they went down easily. I was even able to take out the heavy devastators.

Tbh I was happy with the purifier, I think it’ll mainly be good against hordes of smaller enemies/ automatons I would hope it can be changed and buffed somewhat or that the charge up is changed I feel as though they could change the charge-up to allow up to 400 damage after 2-3 seconds to solve its main problem of damage

The new booster definitely cuts the timer in which you are slowed in half, if you want a faster speed while you're slower, muscle enhancements your go to

New booster DOESN'T work against Bile Titans specifically. Others have said it reduces other acid slowing effects by roughly 80%. Most have said to pair it with the muscle booster to see the best results.

Brood commanders head has thicker armor…shoot their legs with tenderizer and it rips them to shreds then a few body shots finishes them off. Spewers face still takes a decent amount of ammo to take them out. But I honestly feel like it has some hidden bonus limb/weakspot damage

The purifier just doesn’t have a justifiable function. If you reduce the charge time 25-50% or bump the damage it might have a use

Brood commanders are light armor in the head, hive guards are medium, bile spewer has medium, shoot the commanders legs out, white hitmarkers mean reduced damage, red hitmarkers mean full damage, sheild icon means none. Another thing, the te.derizer we currently have, may be the unpolished version as the dev teams art designer has confirmed "it should NOT be green"
